シャワー設備が古くてやや使いにくかったですが、清潔は清潔で広々してました。

空港で迎えの車を待つ場所が分かりづらくて大変でした。思ったよりも空港から遠かったです。

ダラスの空港から車で10分程度のところにあるホテルが多いエリアにある。無料の送迎シャトルバスが出ているが、空港からは電話して名前とターミナルを伝えないと乗せてくれないので、予め電話する。ドライバーは親切でした。 ホテルには朝食やコーヒーのサーバはあるが、レストランはない。近くのホテルのレストランまでは歩いて15分くらいかかるので、それが面倒なら他のホテルも選択肢に入る。私は夜に着いたのでウーバーで食事をロビーまで届けてもらった。 ホテルの部屋は広く清潔だった。チェックインの際に翌朝のシャトルバス送迎をお願いする。無料の朝食は朝7時からなので、フライトによっては食べられないかもしれない。バスの運転手に行き先ターミナルを告げる必要がある。 全体を通して快適だったが、食事の際の便利さを考えるなら他のホテルも選択肢だと思う。

テレビが映らないチャンネルが有った。 特にWBCの決勝が映らずロビーのテレビで観戦した。 なお、満室の為部屋の変更も出来なかった。

Hotel does have a lot of airplane noise but a noise machine fixed that. Other than that I didn’t really have any complaints. Shuttle was a nice amenity and ran on time. Dropped off right where we needed to be. Pick up was somewhat of a wait but can’t control traffic I guess.

We found that every time the AC Unit kicked in, the noise was rather loud.

Very convenient if your flying out of DFW

It was very dirty and not regularly maintained. Not as pictured on other reviews. Mostly everything was dirty. Water drained slow in the shower. Soap dispensers were so dirty i was glad that i brought my own. If i had paid 60-90 $ for this place that would be understandable but for $140 a night i wish i had just gone somewhere nicer

It was very quiet and relaxing and clean

Shuttle guy got near hotel and said “I’m not dropping you off! You didn’t call me.” I DID call the hotel and request shuttle. The shuttle served 6 hotels but he said I wouldn’t be dropped off bc I didn’t call him. Everyone on shuttle started saying “what? Drop her off! What’s wrong with you?” So he did. Room smelled very bad like cat urine. No food there except chips so they told me to walk 11 minutes to Sheraton. 11 pm, on the highway no sidewalk like Forensic Files! So bad.

Clean rooms, great customer service, and a great breakfast made this my favorite place to stay!

We booked a night to be near the airport, the staff and check in were nice and friendly. The rooms were so spacious. Set up like an apartment. There were 5 comfortably. Would book again. The rooms were clean beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The stay was great!
