The room was not the room I paid for. The room was not clean like it should have been. The continental breakfast was just breakfast bars.

Everything was good and the staff was friendly and helpful

It was clean except for the top sheet smelled like urine.

The hotel listed a room for booking that they didn’t even have . So when my family and I went to check in guess what no room . I feel this was very misleading

No use la reserva , el hotel olia muy a cigarrillo y mariuanna, la habitacion estaba con mucho y soy alergica, solicite cambio de habitacion y la que me asignaron estanban igual, tuve que ir conseguir otro hotel, quiero mi dinero de regreso .

The Spanish Girl at the front desk is completely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do her job!

What you typically would expect for an econo lodge... it did the job. However, the "included breakfast" is a joke. It's granola bars.

This place is a dump. The room is not horrible but smells of bleach, the lock on the door has been broken by force and not repaired along with the bathroom door, there is vomit in the parking lot and the parking lot is tiny. Fairly cheap but not cheap enough. Pay a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Clean and nice property

The stay was good. But I was charged for the first day that I did not arrive. My flight was delayed 9 times then canceled, was forced to spend the night at the airport to catch the morning flight which I called Econo lodge what had happened and if my room is still reserved, He said yes. Mentioned it to staff and He said there’s nothing He can do to change the date. The manager did not approve of a refund on that Christmas Eve day that I was suppose be there but instead came on Christmas Day. What I had to go through at the airport on Christmas Eve and then the manager of Econo Lodge refused to refund my money on that day, I give this place only 2stars. However, if I could ask the manager again and she pardon it for hardship at the airport and grants me favor, than yes this place deserves 5 stars.

There was nothing unique about property. I interrupted the front desk girls tv show by showing up to check in. Then interrupted again for an iron to go with the ironing board in our room. She was not friendly at all. It was ok and worked for what we needed. Just glad I wasn’t by myself or had my children with me. Light in bathroom blown, toilet backed up had to ask for a plunger and take care of it ourselves, grit in bottom of tub was worn and husband slipped and fell in shower. When asked for another room was told there was none and yet place looked empty. Said continental breakfast but no breakfast. It is locked down and only a glass window to speak through. Was offered a bottle water.

Just for one night but would not go back there needs a make over

Good for the price, but room service barged in on me twice before 9am and I was trying to sleep for work. Coffee was nice. Receptionist at late night check in was very friendly.

Property was walkable distance to food establishments which was a plus
