Renovations were in progress, but did not hamper my stay. Once I got used to using my keycard to access my floors, it went smoothly.

Rooms were clean and staff was very efficient, professional & helpful

Room was clean however it’s definitely not in a great area of town. Staff didn’t seem to enjoy their jobs, or their lives for that matter. On the second night there must have been a wildfire evacuation and there were tons of people in the lobby/outside in the parking lot etc. staff didn’t really seem to have e any control over the situation and the crowd of people

I think the pool and restaurant should be opened later than 9 pm. we staying at a hotel in calgary and the pool was open till 11.

The hotel is old and run down. The hallways smell like urine and the rooms smell like smoke. We found a cigarette but by the tv stand. House keeping came at 9am and asked if we needed towels and never came back to clean the room. We were there 3 days. The only thing that was clean was the bedding. Not worth the $200 a night we paid. Stay at a $70 hotel it’s probably cleaner and less run down.

The hotel had a lot of damage to it missing baseboards etc. I ended up fixing a bunch of stuff in our room myself as well as giving it a good clean. It’s a very tired old hotel needing a facelift. Otherwise it was very quiet, and the staff were helpful when needed.

BED BUGS AT THIS HOTEL! Do not stay here, we found Bed Bugs in our room and Hotel staff didn't want to do anything about it, offered to change the sheets and give us a voucher for a free breakfast. What a joke. Hotel was reported to local Health Authorities for an inspection and investigation into the bed bug infestation.

Good location and secure/clean hotel. No breakfast or coffee available except for purchase

The staff were pleasant, did the pre check in which speeds up the process. The room was adequate for 4 adults. The breaffast was pay for in the restaurant . Can pick off the menu or pick the buffet.

I didn’t end up staying there. It wasn’t dog friendly.

We enjoyed our breakfast very much The pool and hot tub area met our expectations. The room was okay for our stay with children. The restaurant staff was wonderful.

Staff were lovely, Loved the Salt Water pool and Hot tub. Rooms were pretty Decent for what the room cost. The Bathtub/shower faucet leaked like a sieve. Other than that it was A-OK

Smelly room/paper thin walls Non-smoking room stunk of cigarette smoke. Could hear neighbours swear/fight in room next door /fighting lasted throughout entire night/morning.

The facility was clean there were many people loitering around the entrance.the bed was good.onky one side table. Very dated worn furniture.no safety.mat for bathtub.special card needed to use hot tub we didnt use it. The price of the was not good value for our money . The food in restrarunt was ok and friendly helpful staff.this is not a high end restrarunt We would not consider using this hotel again
