フロントのスタッフがみなさん親切で安心して宿泊することが出来ました。お部屋はリホームされていてとても清潔でスタイリッシュ、二重窓なので外気音も気にならない。お風呂のバスタブ🛁も大きくてゆっくりと入ることができて大変リラックス出来ました。次回Parisに来た時はまた是非泊まりたいホテルです！

駅からも近く、スーパーも目の前。湯船もあり快適に過ごせました。エレベーターが狭いのが難点ですが混雑時以外は問題ないレベルです。

メトロにも近く、スーパーも目の前にあり、とても良い場所にひっそりあってよかったです。また、利用したいです。

室内が綺麗だった。駅から近くて交通の便がよい。朝食はまあ普通でした。

2018年12月26日から2019年1月1日まで姉と宿泊しました。空港からポルトマイヨ駅までシャトルバスにのり、ポルトマイヨ駅バス停から徒歩5:分くらい。平坦な道なので重いスーツケースでも運べます。部屋はスーツケースを２つ広げることができ、部屋で食事を取れるスペースはあります。今回はバスタブがなかったのは残念。また部屋はとてもきれいです。スタッフは大変親切です。郵便切手を売ってくれたりポストの場所を調べてくれたりタクシーをよんでくれたり日本の宿泊施設並みに親切でした。元日は朝食が無料サービス。近隣にはスーパーマーケットが複数あるしお手頃なレストランも多く地下鉄やPERもすぐに乗れるので立地もいいです。 また、チェックアウトの時にすでに支払い済みの宿泊料金を巡りトラブルがあり、一旦カードでお支払した後、帰国してホテルズドットコムに仲裁を依頼したところホテル側がミスに気付いてカード決済を破棄してくれてました。また泊まりたいです。

部屋はやや狭いが、バスタブもあり、なんか不満もないホテルです。

静かなエリアにあるこぢんまりしたいいホテル。部屋はゆったりしたスペースがあり居心地よかったです。スタッフも親切でした。近所のビストロも美味しいところが点在しているので便利です。 あえて気になる点を挙げると、Groheのシャワーが使いにくい。バスの蛇口が固定で、下手すると怪我しそう… 宿泊フロアのエレベーターホールが暗すぎで怖いこと。 総合的にはとても満足です。 お世話になりました！

部屋はあまり広くありませんが、とても清潔で過ごしやすいホテルでした。

スタッフの方も、わかりやすい英語で対応頂き、とても親切でした。空港までのバスターミナルも近く、とても便利な立地だと思いました。

価格に見合うホテルです。安心感とサービスを望む方におすすめします。お部屋も十分広く、アメニティ（バスローブ、スリッパあり）も充実しています。場所はポルトマイヨー自体が中心地ではありませんが、メトロの駅からは近いので問題ありません。エールフランスバスの乗り場からも徒歩３分程度です。

ホテルの前に、スーパーがあってそこでお買い物ができ、良かった！ホテルもきれいだった。

Great location. Very clean and modern. Quiet and yet centrally located close to major tourist spots. Helpful and nice staff. Great experience overall.

Service provided by the staff could not have been any better or more attentive. You are truly well taken care of. We stayed in the suite and just found the room a little dark in the evenings. Tricky when you’re looking around for things and getting ready. There is no main ceiling light only wall and floor lamps but I think this is a normal thing in Paris/ France. Just an observation to note. But otherwise we lived our stay and didn’t want to leave. There are also two convenience stores / grocery stores directly across the street, metro and bus stop also walking distance - super convenient location!

In general, the hotel staff was incredibly kind. I’d like to give a particular shout out to Thomas and Rahul who both went out of their way on several occasions to provide a warm welcome with any interaction I had or assistance I needed. The elevator is a little rickety and there’a only one that serviced the floor I was on, but, honestly it didn’t slow me down much. I will say that the first night, when I went to check in, my room smelled of smoke…badly. But when I mentioned it to the gentleman who had checked me in, he went out of his way to move me and apologized. It had to have simply been that a guest beforehand had abused the nonsmoking policy. I don’t think the hotel had realized it and I’m guessing they remedied it by now. Regardless, I was moved same night and the new room is lovely. I have extended my stay.
