Thank you for providing a room with a wonderful view that made my 1.5-week holiday in Cancun especially comfortable. Unlike the busy, flashy hotel zones, this hotel is set slightly off the main road, yet still offers excellent access to downtown Cancun and various beaches. For me, it had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality experience in Cancun.

広く清潔なお部屋で概ね満足でした。飲料水はロビーまでもらいに行く必要がありますが、常に用意してあるので気兼ねする必要がなくよかったです。 水回りも想像していたよりずっと綺麗でした。水量はまぁまぁです。ボディソープはありましたが、シャンプー、ドライヤーはありませんでした。

施設は至ってシンプルで、日本でいうビジネスホテルに近い感じです。アメニティはせっけんのみなのでシャンプーリンス等は持参が必要

ホテルと言うよりは、ゲストハウスに近いと感じました。スタッフも少なく、フロントに1人いるくらいだと思います。特にエキストラのサービスなどはございません。

カリブ海沿いではないが、ラグーンからホテルゾーンが一望できるホテル。近くのビーチまでは歩いて15分程度。ホテルゾーン中心部のレストラン、ショップまではバスで移動すると便利。

Great quiet hotel

Perfect for a quick stay overnight. Room was very dated but clean. Staff was very nice and informative. Would definitely stay again. Pool area and grounds were very cute. Thank you for having us

Nice and quiet, pool was nice, friendly staff around pool/restaurant-area. At check-in we got info that we could have late check-out at 1 pm for free. On day of check-out they changed their mind and it was no longer possible

It was a nice place to stay during my dental visit. It felt safe and very clean. It could use a little updating but suited what my needs were. It was great to have onsite room service. I would definitely stay again for my second dental visit. Great staff!

I stayed 8 days. I was usually the first person up for breakfast, and the staff always greeted be kindly and courteously. The pool was clean. I never had to search for a lounge chair. It’s just a short walk to other restaurants and shopping. The price is right. I’ll definitely be back.

I had an excellent 10/10 stay at Sina Suites. The staff at check‑in were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant team was just as warm—plus the food was genuinely tasty. The whole property has a clean, calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The pool area is lovely, and my room was spotless and comfortable.
