Was looking for a place near the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor's Center that was affordable & bug free. The room was just that - 16mins from the VC & no major issues. Now the room itself was rundown & had defects, & the shower water pressure was low, but for an affordable place to crash for sightseeing it was good.

Lost our reservation and roaches in the room

Located outside main Williamsburg, you’ll be driving to anything in town, but located decently close to downtown. Quiet, clean, friendly and communicable staff. Would stay again.

Nice quiet place to stay while visiting Williamsburg area.

The A/C unit filter was so old and clogged that I had to remove the filter to cool the room. The floor lamp did not work. The light in the vanity area didn’t work.

Booked a non smoking room ending up with a smokers room. Manager was nice he tried to do his best. Definitely wasnt what i was expecting.

Has what you need bed and fridge and quiet area. Service is great

"You get what you pay for!" Its kinda like a roller-coaster! Cheaper, if you get it on Hotels.com. Very thin pillows and very thin sheets. No bugs but, I think the bugs are scared of burning to death! The TV is so dark that its hard to see. Old ratty furniture! Im trying to add photos of the BURNT RECEPTACLES but, the "add photo" section of the review isnt working. Trust me, It's SCARY!!!

We originally booked a Non Smoking room on Hotels.com website but once we got there, the representative insisted that we booked a Smoking room and that room smelled like people have smoked a lot in it. We finally got a different room which it was okay.

Hotel room was in great shape. Very peaceful area and the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly

Property was very quiet like I wanted/needed it to be and it still was around stores I needed.

My reservation was not honored and I didn't get a refund when I paid insurance for any type of cancelation. I'm highly disappointed and disgusted by the way this turned out.

Rooms were dated and quite dirty we spent about an hour cleaning. Glue from old wall paper the blankets were discusting put them in a trash bag, mold in shower toilet seat oblong on a round toilet, box springs wrapped in clear tape.. old car parts in piles around the property. Lobby stunk..

Strong smell of smoking in a non smoking area unbearable and disgusting place. Refused to give me a refund due to it being same day booking

Adequate. Looked like mold on shower tile.

The stay was good. Just needed a place to sleep after i bowled.

Nice facility, the owners were gracious, happy to please their customers. I would highly recommend this motel.
