Checkin was great. Front desk man was very helpful and nice! Room was good. Air conditioning works great. Breakfast was okay. Go early on the weekend to get the freshest stuff and avoid long lines.

There was an old french fry on the microwave. Stains on the couch and carpet. The sheets were clean and bed was ok.

Updated lobby, gentleman at front desk was really nice. The room need to be updated. They don't clean, they ask that you put your trash out front. Breakfast wasn't good at all.

We went for our daughter orientation for Texas tech .. very good location we like it .. well recommended..

Great overall. Beds are harder than preferred. Also very short shower heads, I’m 6’5.

Check in was easy. Room assigned was not made up and the front desk person was pleasant and quick to assign a different room.

I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t rate it. The hotel and room was clean only complain was the shower the hot water never got hot we took a bath both night with cold water. I love that my service dog was welcome with no hesitation like other places! If needed we will stay here again.

We stayed overnight due to a family being in hospital, so we just needed a place to sleep

The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Although the site says there is housekeeping, there isn’t. You need to get clean towels from the front desk. The rooms are dirty (stained sheets, trash from the previous occupant on the floor, the water from the sink smelled like sewage ) and not maintained properly. Towel bars, faucets, and closet door handles all loose. Holes in doors.

Every thing was nice

Bathroom had mold on ceiling over tub room 206. Toilet paper holder broken off wall& laid inaccessibly on top of tank. one small sliver of soap for both washing hands & bathing for 2 guests. rest of room was clean & nice. Floors of elevators were very dirty as were surfaces of luggage carts

Coffee maker missing parts, wouldn't work. No toilet paper holder. Loud children in the lobby after 11pm. Dog barking loudly after 11pm

It was an amazing place to stay bed was comfortable very clean and very friendly only 1 thing there was a German roach in the bathroom

We needed a place to stay overnight and chose this hotel based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that there was no available parking due to several large buses occupying multiple spaces. The room itself was also a letdown. It had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was noticeably unclean. There were stains on the bathroom walls, and it appeared the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before our stay. The only reason we chose to stay was because we arrived late after several hours on the road. Otherwise, we would have looked for alternative accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are indifferent to cleanliness and comfort.
