朝食は、食べる機会を設けなかったのですが、カフェやワイン、ビールがとても美味しかったので、朝食も評価できると思います。

チェックインの時、スタッフ不在で、しばし戸惑いました。呼び鈴もなかったし。 でも、結果的に手続きをしてくれたスタッフは気持ちのいい人でよかったです。

綺麗で良いホテルですが、シティーハンターまでは電車又は、タクシーが必要になります。

暖房がきかなくて寒かった フロントに言って直したようだが、まだ寒かった。何度も暖かいシャワー浴びて、しのいだ。ハウスキーパーの質が悪い。3泊したが、トイレットペーパーない、アメニティない、そうじのビニールを床に落としていた。

I requested non-smorking room, but th ehotel prepared smorking room feeling smell.

フロントの方の対応も気持ちよく、部屋も清潔でとてもよかったです。　朝食も個人的にはちょうどいい感じでした。

This was a nice hotel located conveniently with parking. It is right across the street from a fun fair (amusement park/carnival) that was aglow. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg.
