Great stay for one night to bring my son to visit MTSU

Loved this place, nice greeting and service was really fast and good.

Front desk guy was rude and unfriendly: no greetings, no smile and no "thank you". Sounded very bossy when instructing me to fill out all kinds of forms. Acted like I was his employee instead of his customer. We had a non-smoking room but the hallway outside smelled strongly like vaping.

Water pressure was not great but hotel was clean.

Seems like a nice new hotel. The staff was friendly and the price.

Property looked like was brand new. Very clean. People were pleasant. Being that they are in a Central time zone, breakfast was at 6am there time . So it seemed an hour late.

Relatively clean. Good bed and nice sheets. Pretty new but obviously a cheap build.

Great price, clean room, spacious

Barndoor on bathroom did not close, and provided no privacy. Floor was lifting in bathroom, popped when walked on. Room layout was very comfortable, updated and comfortable bed.

Clean, recently remodeled room. Breakfast was great! Parking lot was full but received permission to park on the broad sidewalk on side of hotel. The parking at rear of hotel was VERY tight and hard to maneuver through. Overall, good place to stay.

Convenient place for overnight stay while traveling home from Florida.

Room was well appointed, and as a frequent traveler, it had the best lighting of any hotel in which I’ve stayed!

Extremely comfortable rooms and beds. Everything was renovated and fresh. All the amenities are clean with new equipments. The breakfast was to die for. Will definitely book when in area.

The room was very comfortable. The only problem is that i heard doors slamming shut early in the morning. It is because the doors to the rooms need to be adjusted so they close smoother and more quietly .Very upsetting when u here the doors slam when people are leaving their rooms. Sounded lije a bomb going off.

The staff was great. Rooms are updated and clean. Half the parking lot was closed, it appeared that some construction was about to start. My only complaint was the bathroom. The shower leaked through a crack by the floor and there was no water pressure. I hate that bc it rules out a stay more than two night.

Overall great stay
