Quite unfriendly, noisy and dirty room

4日いたけどルームクリーンニングに一度も来なかった。

ベットメイキングが無い。

ベッドのマットレスが劣化していました。 へたっていたし、ギシギシ音がしました。 翌日は腰が痛かったです。

I was quite happy with this hotel. Staffs are friendly. Price is good as well. For me it's convenient and good enough. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you!

・設備 エアコンは古いがちゃんと動く。シャワーの出も悪くない。 スリッパやルームウェアはありません。あるのはドライヤー、タオル、石鹸類。ティーパックは置いてあるが水がない。（自販機はあります） ドアノブにかけるサインが他の部屋にはあるのに私の部屋にはなかったため、もしかしたらこの部屋にだけないというパターンがありそうだなと感じた。 ・接客態度 基本的に愛想はよくない。まあこんなもんかという感じ。1人だけ素敵だった女性は、30分早いチェックインは部屋ができてればOK、かつ女性ひとりで泊まることを配慮してなのか、もともと1階の部屋の予定だったのを３階の角で広い部屋にしてくれた。

デルアモに近く、便利でした。 お部屋は、それなりでした。

I didn’t like that they do not clean the rooms, take out the trash or provide clean towels for three nights! The “breakfast” was nothing but awful coffee and toast..

Although is on a great location, the building needs some serious maintenance, starting with the elevator. Carpeting have noticeable stains on the hallway, Koby it’s on second floor, also next morning we saw a small roach walking on the wall by the headboard, ag that point we were ready to leave

Poor cellular service in room and no cleaning service during 5 day stay

Great location for what i needed. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Do request the Front Desk or Housekeeping for an extra dispenser of Hand/Body WashAlthough the sink area has its own Hand/Body Wash dispenser, there is none for the Shower/Tub bay. The Shower/Tub bay DOES have its own Conditioning Shampoo dispenser. The room smells fresh and clean, the linens are immaculate and the mattress/pillows are sooooooo comfortable! Convenient to some chain shopping—Starbucks, grocery store and Korean food court on Hawthorne side of intersection, two nail salons(mandatory!) —one 2 mins walk from HJ and the other diagonally in same center w grocery store. Very safe and parking is safe for overnight. Wiould stay there again. Great value.

I was quiet and clean, only thing that bothered me was on my last night stay the elevator went out and I had to carry all of my things down the stairs, luckily the guy that was at the counter helped me carry my things down.

This hotel shows it signs of age. The, “continental breakfast,” barely has any food choices. Although the advertisement showed a pool, the only pool around is the nice view into the adjacent hotel, which does have one.

Friendly staff and Quiet

This is a reasonably priced hotel, very close to a hospital that I needed to be near as my daughter was delivering a baby. There are a lot of amenities nearby, and the fact that there is parking on site is a real plus. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. However, it really is just a hotel to sleep at. Meaning that you will only get a bed and a bathroom and a TV. My room did not have soap in the shower area, even though it had shampoo dispenser attached to the wall of the shower stall. I had to get out of the shower and go into the outer room with the sink and put some liquid soap into a cup and take it back into the shower with me. When I asked the staff about it as I checked out, they told me that bar soap for the shower was “on request“ I was kind of shocked as I’ve never heard of that before, having to ask for bar soap to use in the shower! I can’t complain about how close this hotel is to the freeway and many restaurants and of course the beaches and the hospital. And for the price it served my purposes for this trip. But I did get the feeling overall that it’s a little bit rundown. For example, they have an ice machine on the level that my room was, but they had no ice buckets or bags to put the ice in in my room! I think a lot of little things fall through the cracks.
