Great resort with hardworking staff and nice amenities, loved the pool

The property is nice. However spread out and parking near room not easy. Bellman were great about transporting guests around property in golf carts. You never waited more than 5 mins for a pick up from one location to the next. Their Different Pointe of View restaurant amazing! The food, view and service exquisite.

Some issues in the room, toilet was slowing Flushing, the bed comforter was not nap clean with spots. Other than those issues, the staff were helpful in suggestions while at the resort. I would return beside the issues that I said. The resort and incidental fees were not explain correctly but it was an issue that was Taken care of.

Very outdated. Adult pool is more of a geriatric pool.

Room was wonderful but the sliding back door was very hard to open and close. Also, all drinks or food already have a 20% tip included.

Property was nice but initially we had an issue with the bathroom, toilet was clogged. It was fixed but a few hours after we checked in. Parking was an issue but I believe it was due to a conference that was happening the same time we were visiting. When we booked we did not know there was going to be a conference there at the same time.

Bathrooms are dated and shower doesn’t drain. Balcony is so small you can’t manoeuvre around the furniture to be able to sit. Limited elevators. Not enough parking. The restaurant was good.

Parking very limited and not easily accessed. Overall, beautiful location. Rooms were pretty standard.

We had a wonderful stay for almost a week! Our room had a beautiful night view of the city — very cozy, quiet, and perfect for a great night’s sleep. Even though it was a very hot season, we had the choice of several pools to cool down, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. Parking is everywhere. The staff made our visit extra special. A big thank you to Restaurant Manager Scott and servers Lindsay, Shella, Andrew, and Kindjel for their friendly and attentive service during breakfast. At the pools, Mark and Gabriel were so welcoming and helpful — truly amazing! All staff are welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend this place. If we had to choose where to stay in Phoenix again, this would be our top choice.

This property is extremely beautiful! It's wonderful for families of all ages. I love how they have transportation to get you all over the resort. The staff is extremely friendly. I had an amazing time.

I don’t like when I stay a quick over night stay for work and check in At almost midnight and leave by 5 am that I’m charge an unexpected resort fee of $50 dollars not a fan of that at all . If I was to utilize something there then yes also charging for breakfast and it doesn’t tell you breakfast starts so late and again I paid for something I couldn’t even use . Not happy

The bed was comfortable and the views were amazing

Location is beautiful, love all the pool options! Staff was very friendly and always ready to assist.

Pointe in Tyme had delicious food.

The ac unit in my room was loud.
