Overall the hotel is Outstanding. The family site is well-sized, although the bed in the salon was very firm. The Front Desk and sculpting Staff were good and accommodating. The restaurant Staff, Menu, and Room Service were great! Only slightly annoying is that many light switches were not operable and the 2-burner induction stovetop requires steel (not aluminum) pots and pans which are not available at the front desk, so you have to but stovetop items for usage. Cleaning services in the room did a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning, replenishing towels, and bringing organization back to our room on a daily basis. We strongly recommend staying at this hotel as overall it was a great property and general location with close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel has seen better days. This was once the gem of Ciudad Jardin in Cali, but now it is really just a dingy old hotel. They had one person working at the peak hours of check in with several people in line. Once checked into the room, it was clear that hotel is not maintained. The tile floors had scratches, the polarized window film was crumbling off, there was rust on the shower curtain bar and towel bars, the bath tub valve did not work, the black out shade was stuck in place, the couch and sofa were like grandma's house in the 1980s, and the whole suite smelled of damp humidity (kind of like a wet dog). Also, although I did not use the TVs, these were the smallest TVs I think I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was bad and the service was mediocre. There are some positives though: the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great.

Very outdated and poorly maintained installations including the guest rooms. Lobby area extremely hot, if it has AC, it wasn't working.

The Breakfast staff and all restaurant staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Room is much to be desired. Needs updating, curtains are dirty and old. Furniture needs replacement. Entrance of Hotel spectacular. Front desk staff not the most courteous but helpful.

best steam turco. And as always, great customer service. At check-in, I had an issue because they couldn't apply my Gold status to the room upgrade, but I was able to communicate with Expedia via chat. After two attempts, they were able to speak to someone at reception. There are a lot of great people working there, including Alexis, Bonifacio, Carolina, Juan Carlos, Linda, and Fernando, among others.

Employees are really good. They were so polite and helpful.
