Room was clean, spacious, and bed was comfortable. Towels were thick. Big spread for breakfast. Close access to freeway.

Staff were so accommodating! Service quality was great!

A/C unit could not keep up. Room never got under 74 degrees. TV kept cutting out and internet was terrible. Also had ants in the room. I never gave them a chance to make it right though.

We usually stay here when we are in San Diego. The room we were assigned this time needed a deep cleaning. The staff is always wonderful.

Everything was great except the parking spots were very narrow

I always enjoy staying with Best Western Plus hotels, this particular hotel felt kind of an older hotel. But still amazing.

Very noisy right on freeways. General disrepair of infrastructure. All ice machines inoperable. Floors and elevator in poor shape. Exterior very nice with good parking, but tight. No bottle opener in room. ADA room had lots of supprt handles but with a tub. Breakfast was above par for a hotel Breakfast, but meats were cold.

It’s nice. It’s just an older building but I loved the area. We were traveling with a full truckload and it felt safe to leave it in the parking lot overnight!
