I really liked the calm atmosphere at the hotel, but I wish there would be shuttle pickups from the airport. For foreign tourists, it's difficult to drive abroad... And air conditioner is noisy, which sometimes disturb sleeping. Except them, I really liked your hotel to stay.

Great breakfast. Interesting layout for rooms…It was unfortunate that not all rooms were accessible by elevator.

Only problem was the fridge didn’t get cold

Our room was a little outdated, but perhaps its only the pet friendly rooms as we traveled with our dogs. Free continental breakfast was satisfactory. The first night there was an incident in the boiler room that triggered the fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate. For the next 2 days there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk said we'd get a $75 discount refunded from expedia on our 4-night stay, which we never received.

The room was comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The food was fine. But there are lots of tripping hazards. The entrance to the room requires some kind of a ramp to compensate for the gap between the hallway floor and the room. Particularly when you are leaving the room, the tripping danger is great. The building is a bit of a maze rather than intuitive for finding your way around.

Full breakfast. It has been a long time since a hotel came every day to straighten up my room.

The pool was extremely over crowded. Brady teenagers throwing stuff in the pool with little to now supervision. Mold in each and every window and all around the AC. We were in the family section and our room freaked of cigarettes

Older building but in good shape. Rooms were remodeled. Good location and cheaper than other options.
