設備が古くエアコンが非常にうるさくて眠れませんでした

I really liked the calm atmosphere at the hotel, but I wish there would be shuttle pickups from the airport. For foreign tourists, it's difficult to drive abroad... And air conditioner is noisy, which sometimes disturb sleeping. Except them, I really liked your hotel to stay.

Pool slide was closed and not available for our kids to use in July. Hotel is dated and rooms had old and torn carpet. Breakfast was adequate. The only thing Royal about the hotel are the high room prices.

Full description of rooms entering conference centre would be appreciated especially when sensitive content is being discussed which affects minors.

Average. Good location for getting in and out of town. My only pet peeve was - they have ‘no housekeeping’ door knocker that says ‘no housekeeping because I care for the environment’. However, every single thing in the rooms and most in the restaurant are single use plastics. No glassware in the rooms at all. My friend and I had to literally beg for an actual glass for the room. It is sad that even at breakfast the juice and coffee is all plastic and cardboard (that gets put on garbage). Even ketchup was in packets.

The room at the back of the main floor was musty and had a chlorine smell from the nearby pool. The heat pump was extremely noisy until I used wooden stir sticks to isolate the vibrating sheet metal case. The bath room fan sounded like it was going to break until it had run for 10 minutes. When I opened the room curtain in the morning it was into another room or conference center?? Hallway. The breakfast was so so with very little option with low sugar and non egg proteins.

The place may not look fabulous BUT the room was very nice, clean and had anything we needed. Blow dryer, microwave, mini fridge, tv, ice bucket. The bathroom was fine it had all the towels we would need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser s. They also has soap dispenser and hand cream at the sink. Plenty of plastic cups and we had a really nice small deck with chairs outside our patio door. The staff is really nice and breakfast is free. Plenty of parking. I recommend this place. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Room was good and clean. Pool was fun. Breakfast was decent. But everything else was out of order - vending machines, game room, work out room. They advertise the slide to the pool but slide is ‘out of order’. Not sure why you’d advertise it then. Not really worth the money for the stay.

The hotel was okay. It is not well maintained. Lot of things were out of order. Room was standard and clean when we arrived. Bathroom door in room would not close. Pool slide did not work and floor was uneven in pool area. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of selection.

The Rodd Royalty was comfortable and clean. It’s a bit dated. Convenient location. The breakfast was okay.

Very clean room, friendly staff, and convenient parking. Would d3finitely r3commend this hotel, our favorite place to stay when we visit PEI.

Breakfast was good, pool was great and my kids loved the water slide.
