There is no coffee in our room sometimes. And there is nobody at front desk sometimes. Gym is narrow. The surrounding area is under construction, a little annoying.

I booked this hotel through Expedia. When i checked in, the staff said there is no reservation under my name. They say they would check me in with new reservation. That means I needed to pay again. In the other hand, they said they do not prepare the evidence that i was not able to stay with the original reservation. I wondered how I would negotiate with Expedia to get refund. While I was talking on the phone with Expedia (How come should I call them by myself), all the reservation was gone, they said. I was talking with Expedia just in front of the checking counter. I am not able to understand why they sold all the rooms when they have a customer in trouble in front of them. I needed to find another hotel at midnight after taking more than 10-hour flight...

Mid-level property. Mold in the corners of the shower-corridors need a refresh. Overpriced for what you get.

Nice place to stay, staffs are friendly and welcoming. Very spacious room with high ceiling for a family. Bed was very comfortable (felt like sleeping on my own bed). Close to downtown.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Boston and stayed at the Indigo for 6 nights. We arrived in Boston early and our room was not ready but the staff happily took our luggage and offered to text us when the room was ready. The staff was amazing throughout our stay! A special shout out to Edison who was helpful with information any time we needed it! Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The location is perfect for walking to many Boston attractions including The Freedom Trail, The USS Constitution, Boston Commons, TD Garden, The Seaport and so much more. Great location for lots of sight seeing! The hotel provides cold bottled water at no charge which is great for hitting the road sight seeing! We highly recommend this hotel!

I will return to this property. The complimentary sleep pack was greatly appreciated and the sound machine was a huge bonus. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our first trip to Boston. Location was excellent in regards to being able to catch the subway to all the locations we needed to go. Food and shopping was everywhere as well as several pharmacies. Traffic/noise was crazy due to concerts and games but quiet on other days. The hotel itself was cute though small. Breakfast was included with our stay and was great. The standard king room was small and so was the bathroom. The bed was ok. For bigger guest the bed and bathroom might be uncomfortable. Our room ac was not working the greatest but we were offered another room but just elected for a box fan which kept the room cool. The staff was awesome and very friendly.

We had a nice stay at this hotel, but feel like it wasn't super clean or well kept. There are a lot of small things you could do to make the place look and feel better. Overall it was a good experience, but its time to do some updating and overall the cleaning services.

Just ok and waay overpriced. Not enough staff: Front desk often empty, nobody answers the phone, 1 waiter for all of breakfast (who is also the barista). Disappointing.

It was located perfectly across from TD garden. The people were friendly and great.
