It was beautiful and I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Penticton.

It was a super busy weekend with families in town for various tournaments. But the staff was always pleasant and accommodating Special shout out to Alice at the local eatery on site. She’s top-notch and definitely deserves a raise. Will definitely be staying here again. Super family friendly and I love that they allow pets of all size.

We had rooms overlooking the golf course. Very clean and spacious rooms - super comfortable beds. We enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby and had a nice meal in the Local Eatery. Only downside was the hot tub - when we used it, the chemical used made our eyes sting (even though we didn’t get our faces wet) and we had to get out

The property was absolutely gorgeous. Room was nice and clean. Only thing I wish was, if they enforced their “quiet evening soak” time for 16+ ages. Our first time to the pool area had 20+ kids (under 10) running and screaming right until 10:00pm (close time). Other than that the hotel was amazing!

By far the best hotel ive stayed in to date....the room was wonderful, the amenities that are there was beyond accommodating....just around a very good place for the family

We had a wonderful stay at the Balcomo Hotel. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell the rooms have been recently updated—they’re modern, beautifully done, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and overall layout made it easy to relax and feel at home. The property grounds are also very well maintained, which added to the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking its best. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Thank goodness the hotel is gated because the housekeeping staff cleaned our room and left our door open. We came back to our room before going for dinner and there was no staff in sight and the door was wedged open. The room was clean and the bed was good but make sure you don’t leave any valuables in your room. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal.

Loved everything about this place. Sweetest employee checked us in. Will be back!

Nice room

Stay was fine. Rooms have a bit of noise transference. Sauna is lovey but quite small. A great addition to the ammenities! Wonderful option with a cold plunge. Pool wasn’t open yet due to seasonal cold but looks great with a poolside bar.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was well appointed, very clean, everything worked properly, the bed and linens were comfortable, it was quiet, and the secured parking was easy to access.

Everything was great. The scents, the room amenities and hot tub were top notch!
