部屋も広く、きれいで、とても快適に過ごせました。 駐車スペースが少ないこと、駐車料金も高いです。

掃除のシステムが不明。 電話で頼んでも掃除してくれない。 受付の対応が酷い。

I know we don’t go to Nashville for quiet but the sound proofing is so poor at this hotel. Between sirens, the garbage trucks, doors slamming and hearing a neighbor pee in the middle of the night, it was definitely not restful. The hotel does offer a sound machine and some ear plugs but it just didn’t cut it.

First, they charged my card three times! Then the floor we were on had water damage, I asked to be moved to another floor, was told they would see what they had available and would let me know, which never happened. The water damage and smell made me sick. So sick that we had to leave a day early and had to have family come get us because I could not drive and my husband had eye surgery, that is why we stayed there.

Walking around was convenient and seem safe

Stayed for one night and had a good experience. Close to Brodway and all downtown Nashville festivities. Hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming.

This location is a short ride from broadway and had a good amount of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were clean and didn’t get a lot of outside noise in the room.

The property was very clean and quiet. I had no problem checking in early. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.

Check in was great. Rooms are vey clean and comfortable. The approach to the hotel is a bit difficult as theres not a lot of room at the corner where the hotel is located.

Great place to stay in Nashville. Close to everything.

No am breakfast. Not informed of stiff parking fee until day of arrival, when it is too late to make other arrangements.

Construction everywhere broken parking garage where you enter narrow with oresent workers and tools, room smelled like Marijuana terribly, it had trash behind curtains

i like the staff even if they give me a room for handicapped but I was not happy with the parking, after the room its so expensive the parking its expensive too

Was a great stay. Bathrooms had heated floors in the rooms. beautiful view and place for low price

Decent place to stay, but the parking charge is ridiculous. Will look else where to stay next time.

Very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
