Good stay. Excellent customer service.

Just wasn't convenient

Quick check in.

When we went up to our room the door was open. I went and told the front desk and he said that’s ok. It made Ms very nervous . Also there where 3 dead roach’s on the floor. And the desk was dirty. Not impressed for sure.

Everything is very dirty from the moment you enter until you settle into the room. On the other hand, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke when smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, and even more so since I was going with a small child and I didn't have the money to rent another hotel, so I couldn't leave. It is not recommended to use it in an emergency, but it was a terrible experience.

This is a very rundown hotel that needs a good update. The beds were uncomfortable, and the floors were dirty. The staff was very friendly.

We booked for 4. We only had 2 towels. Asked for more at the desk. Staff was rude about giving me 2 more...sais we had some already. And only gave me 1!!! Beds were so hard and uncomfortable.

I was charged a $100 incidental deposit for a low budget. The worker put my card in wrong and had the audacity to tell me my card was declined. Not sure why she had to manually put my card in . I will never stay here again!

From start to finish ..check in and check out went really smooth ..no disruption..it took lottle to no time to get checked in and out...the staff were very hospitable and...oh and the price was very affordable during the weekday..i didnt get to try the breakfast though...but overall it was a pleasant transaction with very welcoming staff. Ill definitely be booking here again!!!

Clean

It was brief but comfortable.

Front Office staff is TERRIBLE! Upon checkout tried to accuse my family of some blood on the comforter when clearly you could see it was old which means that they are half cleaning the rooms and washing the linens… Disgusting! I should report this past the hotel because that is absolutely disgusting

Not clean

Cleanliness was lacking.

Clean & quiet. Parking lot extremely well lit. Room fridge was on & cold. Driving distance from some great place to eat, drunk & have fun. Utility Brewing beer & pizza are great

The staff was kind and prompt to help.

I like the bed size and the location of the place. I found hair in the bed and the shower. No I did not report it to the manager.

It was perfect for just passing through, and good breakfast!

Used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod and there was hair in the bathtub. Seems like whoever was cleaning did not do a thorough job. Room itself was OK. The plus was the front desk clerk. He was a great guy. This was a last minute reservation so I was thankful to have a place to sleep after driving 850 miles

Good overall stay but these rooms can be soooo much cleaner.
