建物は古いが、うまくリフォームされていて快適に過ごせました。

クローゼットが、窓の並びにあり使いにくいし狭い。通常入口側に有るもの。

フローレンスの市街では大変便利なロケーションにあります。 近くにモールやスーパーなどがあり、買い物などをするにも大変便利です。 また、オハイオ州のシンシナティへ行く場合でも高速道路のインターも近く便利、かつシンシナティへは１５分で行けます。 ＭＬＢシンシナティレッズの試合観戦をするなら、最高のロケーションですね。

Convenient location, Meijer, Target and some restaurant are very close. Hotel front desk is frendly. But guest washmachine was out of order and I lost 2$! Toilet could not flash....

Dirty bed, had housekeeping come charge bed clothes and take pictures

First time staying there and we definitely enjoyed it! The people working the front desk were so nice and helpful. Room was great and the entire hotel seemed quiet.

Great value

There were plumbing issues. The first room the shower wouldn’t drain, so the staff was kind enough to find us another room. The second room the toilet had to be flushed multiple times every time it was used in order to go down. Overall, friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Could have been cleaner - older building and some wear and tear.

Love Hampton Inn. This one has been around a while but still a good value. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of options for dining around the hotel. Shuttle to CVG airport provided which is about a 15 minute ride. Excellent value!

Very outdated the ceilings had water stains. The rooms and hallways had an awful smell to them. Staff was wonderful and it was nice having the transportation to the airport. But I will not stay there again.

The front desk personnel, especially the young woman present when we checked in in the afternoon on the 1st—calm and helpful despite a small line of guests—were efficient and friendly.

No complaints. Great location & price. Would recommend.

We have stayed at this facility many times and it is always a pleasant experience. On this trip everyone was extremely nice, except the woman that was preparing breakfast on Sunday morning. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there...either complaining to herself or complaining to other people. It's sad how one person can make an impact on the whole experience.

Customer service

Everything was nice, but we had an odd smell in our room.

Shuttle Driver was curt and uncooperative. I waited for him to flit around, and we left to go to airport approximately 10 minutes late...for no reason other than control issues.

We have stayed there several times. It feels like home.
