お値段の割に景色もよく　スタッフの方も優しかったです。治安も悪くなく近所にスーパーも多数あり便利でした。朝食もとても美味しく、コーヒーをサーブしてくれるスタッフさんもとても良いサービスをされていました。 唯一困ったのが部屋に設置してあるUSB電源が全て壊れていた事、そして電源プラグが深く　2つあった手持ちの変換プラグがひっかかってしまい　小さかった1個しか使えず充電に困った事です。１つでいいのでユニバーサルプラグがあると良いなと思いました。 あとブラジル全般でしょうがないとは思うのですがお湯がちょっと温度が低く冬場は寒かったです。その他はとても良かったです。

The only thing missing was a way to reheat food. Meals were large portions so a lot of food was wasted. Other than that... PERFECT!!!!

Un hotel que requiere remodelación de algunas de sus instalaciones, desayuno no es variado, todos los días lo mismo, mucha gente y poco personal para atender, el espacio es muy limitado por todos los huéspedes que se quedan en el hotel

Excelente opção no RJ! Localização excelente, de frente para à praia excelentes instalações, ótimo café da manhã e equipe de funcionários muito competente. Voltarei, com certeza.

Staff was always so friendly and available for any questions, the hotel overall was amazing, the view from the pool, the room was great and spacious, great hotel, and the breakfast variety, everyday, delicious, I would love to go back, I definitely recommend it. The area around was safe and everything always clean.

Limpeza de quarto precisa melhorar , o hotel em si é muito antigo e os quartos são muito escuros, só vale pela vista e a localização que é no leme e o Leme é tranquilo, ah e eles obrigam te a tirarem do teu cartão um valor de 3000 reais pra gastos no hotel, temporariamente até ao check out , o que é um absurdo, é ridículo porque o hóspede pode não ter dinheiro no momento ! E os cartões do quarto param de funcionar toda a hora , não voltaria a me hospedar!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. Gym is a bit underwhelming, and the wifi was unreliable. Otherwise a great stay.

Os elevadores não possuem um funcionamento inteligente. Há demora no aguardo tanto no hall de entrada quanto nos andares. Os elevadores param em quase todos os andares, mesmo quando os hóspedes que os chamaram já embarcaram em outro aparelho, levando muito tempo para descer ou subir e gerando essa espera excessiva. No quarto, colchão de casal em más condições (tenho documentado), rasgado, e com molas defeituosas.

Location and view is excellent. Staff unfortunately needs training in "hospitality" - unfortunately the manager himself was the most rude person! Ladies at the reception were very nice and valued customers more than anyone else. The breakfast was great but the staff was not welcoming (thus lowering the rating despite of good food selection and quality). As such, this place has a great potential if management can pursue what is called a "positive attitude" towards their guests.

Rooms are good size and clean.The only problem is that the staff in the restaurant speak only Portuguese.

Beach view from the side , rooms may need a little tlc but otherwise very nice . Good location

People are very nice. They tried their best to serve the customers. From check-in desk to restaurant, as well as people work on the rooftop, all are excellent. Rooms are large, clean, hot water available all the time. Elevators are high speed with easy to access.

Oceanfront room with great views of Copacabana beach. This hotel is at the slow end, so lighter traffic and less crowded.

I had such an amazing stay and experience at this hotel. My only wish is that i could have stayed longer. I arrived early and staff were accommodating to help my friend and i have our bags checked so we could being exploring the city before our check in time. Check in and check out went smoothly! The pool was beautiful, the hotel/amenities were clean. It was just right for our three day stay.
