お値段の割に景色もよく　スタッフの方も優しかったです。治安も悪くなく近所にスーパーも多数あり便利でした。朝食もとても美味しく、コーヒーをサーブしてくれるスタッフさんもとても良いサービスをされていました。 唯一困ったのが部屋に設置してあるUSB電源が全て壊れていた事、そして電源プラグが深く　2つあった手持ちの変換プラグがひっかかってしまい　小さかった1個しか使えず充電に困った事です。１つでいいのでユニバーサルプラグがあると良いなと思いました。 あとブラジル全般でしょうがないとは思うのですがお湯がちょっと温度が低く冬場は寒かったです。その他はとても良かったです。

Quarto grande….nada extraordinário Bons travesseiros, porém colchão estava irregular, torto…… afundado Café da manhã ok Piscina e bar ok Atendimento mais ou menos…… muita dificuldade em resolver as coisas No check in demorou muito para liberar o quarto Área da recepção muito fria do ar condicionado e cheiro não muito agradável Corredores dos quartos ok, carpetes novos Não voltarei na rede Windsor

Breakfast wasn’t included (even though thru the booking process it said it was) so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was very nice, room was clean, bathroom was incredibly clean, staff were awesome. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff were polite and helpful. Always with staff at the front door which gave a good sense of security, although the area is safe and I never felt in danger. The location was very good with everything you need nearby, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. The pool on the roof was very nice with towels provided, having a bar there really helped. Trouble is, it was too small with all the beds quickly occupied. But the beach is just across the road!
