リゾート感がありゆっくりリラックスできました。 12月下旬ですが、昼間は何とかプールて泳げる気候。朝晩は砂漠気候なので冷えます。 3食同じレストランでとりますので、飽きました。 また食事のレベルがいまひとつ。金額も手頃なので仕方ないですかね。 立地はオンザビーチでリゾート感たっぷりですが、出掛けるにはタクシーUberが必要です。

Definitely not a 4-star hotel by Western standards. Don’t be misled by the photos or reviews—expect closer to 2-star. The hotel was not clean, and the food quality was poor. Both my husband and son became seriously ill with stomach issues after eating at the hotel and spent much of our vacation in the room or at the hospital. The Wi-Fi only worked reliably in the room, the bathroom door lock was broken, and the children’s beds in the family room were extremely small and uncomfortable for a 10-year-old. Buffet options were limited, flies were present around the food area, and the pool had black debris floating in it. There was no indoor area for relaxation or children’s entertainment, and the restaurant was uncomfortably hot due to weak air conditioning. Guests are also charged for lost towel or room cards. The most upsetting incident happened on the morning of our departure. My daughter wanted to take a peach before our flight, but staff refused because breakfast was due to open 15 minutes later. She was shocked and cried because of the way she was treated. Reception later provided breakfast boxes, but most of the food was unsuitable as we were still recovering. Most staff were friendly and warm. The one outstanding aspect of our stay was the hotel doctor. He was available free of charge, spent considerable time caring for my son, and showed genuine professionalism, kindness, and attention. We are truly grateful for the care he provided during a very difficult situation.

Lovely grounds and pools. Dining room is good. The rooms are a little worn and feel tired. Staff were all brilliant.

Everything is good

Everyone was wonderful and kind. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. The reception staff, restaurant staff, snack hut attendants, pool supervisors, and housekeeping team were all very kind and worked diligently, always making sure everything was exactly as we wanted. The hotel taxi service was also great. All the services and staff at the hotel were respectful, friendly, and carried out their work with great professionalism. The rooms were clean, and the food was varied and good. It was a wonderful week for me and my family.

Debite premesse: siamo stati nel giro di 10 notti in 5 Resort diversi, questo per differenziare nella location, nel cibo e nel confort offerto! Di qui il 1mo consiglio: differenziare! Bene devo dire che tutte le strutture sono risultate valide, non vi e' dunque un "vincitore" in assoluto ma semplici dettagli, a volte centrati a volte meno! Veniamo alla struttura in questione: il Mercure, la 1ma del ns viaggio a Hurghada! Gran bella location, cibo di 1ma qualità, la camera pur se datata e' risultata comoda ed ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo!Certamente consiglio in ispecie se si prende una buona offerta!Un Grazie a tutto lo staff! Nel cuore portiamo il sorriso dei camerieri! Certo la mancia è dovuta ✈️🤗

friendly staff, very clean resort including the gardens. Excellent food! The beach and the sea are spectacular! On the beach, next to the resort there is a very good windsurf & snorkel & scuba diving activity!
