Friendly staff, clean roomy bedroom. We were able to walk to lunch and dinner.

Great view it the window. Nice and close to food and museums and theaters. Bad pricing structure.

It’s a high class hotel at over $200 plus a night and you go into your room and you don’t even have a microwave. That needs to be put on the website so people are understanding this I was on a business trip and most importantly needed laundry service, and a microwave and they offered neither

Excellent hotel

Experience was great with the exception of the Valet parking! Valet was a mess!!! Staff was working very hard but not enough help. Waited literally over an hour for our vehicle then just ended up walking to get ourselves!!!

This hotel caters to business clients on expense accounts. If you are an ordinary person there on vacation, as I was with my grandson, they couldn't care less. I spent more than $1200 for 4 nights in an overpriced room and another $200 for a couple of mediocre meals. One evening my grandson and I went to the lounge in the middle of the day to watch a baseball game. My grandson had an ice cream sandwich that was purchased in the hotel. We didn't want to order a meal. The waiter told us to leave because of a rule against "outside food". We left, didn't feel like arguing with that ass. My grandson is black by the way. We will never stay there again.

Every staff member that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant.
