I disappointed this Hilton operated hotel. The bath tab peeled, the door lock almost broke. The room was extremely small. The air conditioner was too noisy to hear TV sounds. I realized this area, behind Kyu-kaku, sometimes cars were broken into. I’d feel safe if this parking lot gated completely. I like friendly staff & cleanliness.

宿泊料が大変安いのにも関わらず、設備が非常に良く、Wi-Fiや朝食も無料でついていてとても良かったです。従業員の方々もとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。公共交通機関があまり便利でないのでダウンタウンから少し遠いのが少し不便でしたが、大変満足しています。

お風呂のお湯の出が悪い

予想していたより、しっかりとしていて、自分一人の滞在では十分でした。

Staff was good. Overall hotel clean but our room’s ceiling looked like it had water damage. Room smelled like mildew.

Front desk clerk made check in quick and easy after a long day on the road, I believe her name was Tammy. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average with a wide variety of items

It is convenient to where we are going tomorrow. The downside is the bed is very hard. I prefer soft.

Our stay was wonderful from the welcoming staff at the front desk (Geo) to the clean, spacious homey room we stayed in. This is the nicest place we have stayed at in this area and it will be our Houston go to place! Love the fresh scent as we walked in to the hotel and the cleanliness of everything! Breakfast was also very good! Highly recommend!

The property was well kept. It was easy to find. Area around the hotel was okay but it was off the highway and easy to get to.

Overall a decent place. Building is older but has updated amenities. Decent place to stay for the night.

Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great, but ok.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and amazing. They also had wonderful breakfast options.

Check-in was a BREEZE! The young lady that was working (I wish I could recall her name) was an absolute joy, which was refreshing. The room is nice and clean, quiet and there's several restaurants close. I will most certainly be staying there again.
