全てにおいてほぼパーフェクトな対応をしていただき、とても快適に滞在することが出来ました。

部屋が広くて清潔だった

ホテルはリゾートタイプのお部屋割ですが チェックイン、チェックアウトの時間が 同じ時間に集中してとても待ち時間が有りました。

立地 ホテルは駅からもバス停からも近く観光に便利でした。また治安も良い感じで、夜遅く帰る時も安心感がありました。周囲にはお店も多く滞在中に困ったことはありません 室内 清掃が行き届いているため室内はとても快適です。テラスがあるお部屋だったので、中庭を見ながら、買ってきたパンでモーニングすることもできました。客室には皿やカトラリーは置いていませんでしたが、フロントに電話したらすぐに届けてもらえました。 浴槽のある部屋で、快適な滞在でした また、宿泊前から色々と質問させていただいたのですが、他に宿泊したどのホテルよりも対応が早く丁寧で安心して宿泊できました。 次にパリに滞在する時も必ず利用させてもらいます。

Lovely place. Clean, nice garden with outside seating. Great staff

Most of the staff was very friendly. We had 1 server who was dismissive and rude. Bar/food area closed at 11pm and no alternative way in the hotel to get drinks alcoholic or nonalcoholic or snacks. We had to walk to the outside bar to order drinks as there was no inside bar tender or outside server on any of the days we were there. No on-site laundry self service as advertised. Only very expensive laundering service. No airport shuttle/taxi service offered though it was advertised. I would consider staying here again though now that I have found the laundromat, convenience store and gotten to know the area.

Great location near metro and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond for any help we needed. The room was big (for Paris standards) and was clean. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Upon arrival we were impressed with a nice lobby and beautiful garden. The junior suite was large and beds comfortable, but on the second day we woke up with congestion/coughing due to the stuffiness of the room, although this might have just been the one we were placed in. We also returned to the room one evening after the cleaning service and discovered blood all over the inside of one of the bed sheets. This was extremely disturbing and we alerted the staff but the manager seemed unphased and unapologetic without attempting to remedy the situation besides for a new set of bed sheets. The hotel is in a great location and was spacious but facilities old and we were not impressed by the service - did not seem like a proper 4 star hotel.

Wir hatten Probleme beim Einchecken: das Zimmer war nicht gemäß unserer Reservierung parat und es benötige fast 2 Stunden und eine riese Diskussion bis es so weit war.

Très bel hôtel. Le personnel est très serviable, excepté les femmes de chambres que l'on croise dans les couloirs, qui ne vous calculent pas... Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles.

Já fui mais de 10x a Paris e simplesmente amei a localização pq adoro O Marais. Tem muita coisa por perto e estação de metrô também. O hotel é super charmoso. Voltarei!

Personalet var utroligt venligt og hjælpsomme. Selvom der var mange menneske i receptionen havde de tid til at smile og byde velkommen.

I booked this hotel for one night while visiting friends in Paris, partly for nostalgia, as I used to live near Le Marais. I ended up really enjoying my stay and wish I had stayed longer. The hotel is much larger than it appears from the outside, with a beautiful interior courtyard that feels like a little oasis in the middle of Paris. It was lovely to sit there, have a cocktail, and enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to Le Marais and easily explore the city. The check-in staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and spoke excellent English as well as French. My room was a little dated in style, but it was comfortable, spacious for a Paris hotel, well air-conditioned, easy to access, and had great water pressure. The on-site restaurant is nice, though the bar service seemed a bit overwhelmed at times during normal service. If you want a quick drink, the brasserie next door may be easier. That said, this was not a deal-breaker at all. Unfortunately, the hotel experienced a power outage when I returned from exploring the city, just as I was checking out. However, I want to specifically commend the staff and management. They handled a stressful situation with kindness and professionalism, brought out water during the heat wave, helped guests check in and out, and did their best to manage the disruption calmly. Overall, this is a wonderful property with great service, a fantastic location, and a memorable atmosphere

Hotel was clean and comfortable with little ,if any, needs remaining un-met. This is a much larger facility than I had initially imagined - all good. Paris was setting heat records while I was there but the AC in my room was wonderful! Enjoy, Scott
