ちょうどメンテナンス中で部屋に入る際やフロントに行く際にはいったん外に出ないといけませんでした。出入口には部屋のカードをかざしてから入るような仕組みになっていましたが始終空いていてセキュリティー面では不安を感じました。場所は市街地から少し離れているので車がないと買い物などは不便です。部屋はきれいでルート66の絵などが飾られておりとても雰囲気はよかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。

ウィリアムズの街中から少し離れているのですが、その分、静かで、施設も古くはないしよく手入れされています。朝食は充実しているし、部屋の設備などもよかったです。真冬でもプールがあり、施設全体が細かいところまでメンテナンスされています。納得のサービスでした。

Clean, nice room and friendly staff.

Our stay was relaxing as we enjoyed our vacation to the Grand Canyon. We liked sitting in the hot tub each evening. The beds were very comfortable.

Carlos at the front desk was wonderful. He was very helpful and informative. We also liked the location.

Pleasant stay Normal hotel breakfast.

The staff went on and on about a $100.00 deposit if I should throw the remote at the YV. Standard because of a 3rd party booking. I talked to the staff directly to get a handicap shower so don't know about a 3rd party booking. The room was cramped and hard to get wheelchair around the room. Felt unsafe.

We tried to save water by hanging our towels, but they replaced them every day not very eco-friendly

Unique rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location. Just be aware rooms are on 2nd floor. The steps are steep.

Good bed, nice shower, hot tub indoors. I wish they had brewed coffee at breakfast not the instant from the machine.

In 2025 we were shocked to encounter a hotel without an elevator. It was the last night of our 9-day road trip, and we were exhausted. Having to schlep all our luggage up flights of stairs was the last thing we wanted to do. It definitely ended our trip on a low note.

We loved Anna who checked us in. She was wonderful in spite of having a long line. She provided great service, excellent booking with adjoining rooms with easy access, very friendly and knowledgeable, professional, and overall KIND. She was there right up until the pool closed and continued to offer help. She made our whole stay perfect! And with 4 kids, that can be hard, but they all were happy as were we.
