Room lighting system was difficult. Sound leakage from the toilet was terrible.

Service was amazing

Staff wee fantastic, warm friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely, new and clean. Room was spacious, nice seating area as well. Location is fantastic with most of what I needed within walking distance.

Very nice, clean hotel. Paid a good amount for a room for one night so it sucked seeing that breakfast AND parking were not included.

Great hotel in the heart of Yorkville — rooms were spacious (although weren't a fan of the doorless bathrooms when travelling with my mother!) and clean. Was a shame that there was only the lobby bar as the only option to eat. Would recommend staying here.

The hotel was undergoing some construction at the time and so the common areas and amenities that we were looking forward to using, and which were part of the reason for us booking this hotel we’re not available. This would’ve been relevant information to have been shared with prior to or upon booking because we would’ve changed our decision and booked somewhere else that was less expensive and with other similar available amenities. Also, the entrance into the hotel was not clear due to the construction and the desk clerks did not look up or greet you as you walked past them in the morning.

Amazing

The room had a bad layout with toilet and shower in separate rooms connected by glass with a sink in the middle of the bedroom. Advertised with a fridge there was no fridge. Hallway outside had terrible odor. The room was so far from the elevator, it was a walk of shame, it seemed to take forever. Mattress was worn out, needed changing . Parking is $75 a night way more than any other hotel in the area. This is a 2.5 star hotel that I would not revisit.

at check in we asked if we could get rooms side by side. the person at reception a filipino gentelman was very rude and did not want to accomodate us.

Room was a bit small for the cost, but enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean room, good customer service, lots to do around, good food and ambience, love everything about the hotel. I can’t wait till the rooftop experience is ready. Will be returning Definitely recommend

From booking a restaurant for almost 2 months, there was a lot of hiccups communication wise that left me feeling very confused. When my frustration was apparent they their best in the capacity they could but overall I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon

Th W is a modern , stylish hotel. The suite was spacious with a fantastic shower. The downside is the room service breakfast was cold and super expensive. The breakfast tray was left in the hall but a half eaten roll was left on the floor. The lobby bartender was cold and impersonal. The bell hop complained about a tip in US dollars. One night we brought sandwiches back to the room but needed mayonnaise. We called for a packet of mayonnaise. The hotel wanted to charge us $10 plus gratuity. That's ridiculous. A pat of butter ordered on day one remained in the room for six days.

I stay here often, this time around was great.
