Room lighting system was difficult. Sound leakage from the toilet was terrible.

Front desk- there is a lady there with short hair and a beautiful indian tattoo on her neck. She made our stay even more special than it already was~room was lovely and perfect area for shopping.

Oct 12 - Oct 21 / 1150. My husband and I were in Toronto for hip replacement surgery for my husband. Shout out to the entire staff of the hotel for extra attention to our specific needs with that process and his limited mobility before and after the surgery. Extra large shout out to Irene, our room cleaning lady, as she went above and beyond to accommodate pre-surgical requirements in providing clean linens, organizing a larger frig and a microwave for our use in the room! other comments - the gym? Top notch facility, wow. TONO - excellent food/service! recommend letting people know that Friday and Saturday nights have a loud DJ on site, not the same quiet dining experience as during the week.

Great location and great service

Would love to say it was a completely relaxing experience, but sadly I can't - the first two nights (or I guess mornings, to be precise) the fire alarm went off at around 6.15am and we all had to evacuate onto the street. Once would have been slightly inconvenient, but when it happens two days in a row, you find yourself going to bed each night after, wondering whether you'll be woken up early again or delayed getting ready due to another fire alarm, which is the opposite of relaxing. The staff were all incredible, though - some of the most friendly, helpful, and considerate people you could meet, and they all went out of their way to help in whatever way they could. Room smelled slightly of stale cigarettes, and the smell didn't clear after several days so I'd suggest the furnishings either need a deep clean or to be replaced. Other than that, very comfortable bed and pillows, and the room amenities were very nice too.

This hotel is tired. It has been nicely renovated but is still tired. We had a room on the courtyard and not only was the room tiny, but it got no natural light which was a theme throughout the hotel. We only stayed 1 night and I'm glad.

Stay overall was fantastic. Hotel location was close to shopping and the TTC which are added bonuses. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only thing that took away my experience was loud guests in another room that kept me up for several hours. Hotel did ultimately deal with the situation but unfortunately effected my overall stay. Manager was very helpful and kind the bext day. I would definitely stay here again as it is not directly related to the hotel itself.

Room didn’t smell good.

We loved the stay and the location and will be back. Sadly we were disturbed by a very rowdy group at 5am. We called down to complain and the security looked after it, but it take a while for the noise to settle down.

Shopping options were fun and our room was very clean.

The location was 10/10. Free waterbottles and nespresso were a plus! The train is literally downstairs one door over and it was extremely convenient to get anywhere. The staff were lovely, room was clean and the lighting was really customizable for different moods. Bed was really comfortable. I didn’t mind but the washroom is open concept so just make sure you’re friendly with who you’re rooming with ! Hallway noise is not very muffled but it wasn’t overly common.
