Nice indoor pool. Entry to hotel has some barriers to accessibility.

Room was exactly as described.

The hotel is in need of updating old carpets and musty rooms. The breakfast there is not worth the time it takes to walk to it. The coffee is not really coffee. At least serve coffee that has some resemblance of coffee.

Room was not vacuumed bathroom had hair in tub and on floor. Other then that it was an alright motel.

It could have been cleaner

Our 2 night stay was very comfortable, very clean. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. Pool was also amazing, very clean the kids loved it.

Carpet in our room needs cleaning or to be replaced. Hotel is dated as ndd Ed needs updating. We have stayed here for the past 20 years or so. Sadly this will be our last.

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great! My kids were thrilled with the bacon, fresh muffins and waffle maker. Staff was very friendly.

The room was as described. But the bathroom lights flickered A LOT. the elevator definitely needs to be upgraded.

I had to cancel I had car trouble and could not make it to Augusta, Maine. Thought I canceled.

Like: Staff very friendly and helpful. Particularly nice to our pet cat Graycie.

The pool needs some upkeep, and the may TV didn't work well.

property was as described. nice and clean just a little old and creaky so just updates the parking lot is not a good time though

Absolutely furious to get there and find out at check-in that we couldn’t because we lived within 60 miles of the hotel. Staycations are a special treat we do as family time. There was no reason offered otherwise and no explanation. It was a very rude experience. I will never use Comfort Inn again. Thankfully Hilton was able to get us a room at the Hampton Inn.

Can’t believe they did not have laundry area to do laundry. This is an essential for longer stays. Heated pool was very cold and key cards needed to be replaced daily because they did not work. Some staff very welcoming and personable others not. Shout out to breakfast crew and front desk receptionist Paris who did a great job

Overall experience was fantastic. At this hotel . we were kind of disappointed when we first found out if you live within 50 miles. I owe see you could not rent, but because we were there on business. We were able to and also I got married one of the nights that I was there and I was able to have a quiet honeymoon. Thank you for your awesome service.
