今回で二度目の滞在でしたが、よっかたです。 ただ電車の騒音とエレベーターがないのが玉にきずです。 今回は、水回りが突然全面ストップする、フロントデスクの 男性のサービス対応に疑問を感じました。

人対人のサービスについて高評価をいたします。 親切かつ丁寧、その後のコスタリカの滞在が有意義となったため、改めて感謝します。 シャンプーや石鹸が良い香りでした。 館内に飾ってある絵画がたいへん見ごたえあり、近隣の美術館の所蔵品よりも楽しめるものでした。

中心街に近く便利です。ホテルの共有スペースは花が飾られていたりソファーがあったりと良い感じですが、部屋は狭くあまり居場所のない感じです。料金の高い部屋だと違うかも。朝食も種類が多くて、従業員も感じが良いです。朝の電車の音(ホーン)はかなりうるさい。

El hotel es muy bonito es en una casa antigua pero todo está muy cuidado, las habitaciones tienen nombre de flores, buen tamaño, en la regadera sale mucha agua y un plus es tener desayuno al despertar el cual estaba muy rico. Además, muy cerca está el museo de Costa Rica, museo de Jade y puedes irte caminando por el centro viendo los puntos importantes. Recomendado

La información dice que ofrece parqueo en las instalaciones, en nuestro caso, hubo q ir a dejar el vehículo a un parqueo y tuvimos que pagar 7 mil colones por el parqueo, eso debe decir con claridad en la información (y no en letra pequeña) para tomar en cuenta antes de reservar.

The breakfast was excellent! Everything is super clean in the room. The staff is super friendly and professional. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed and the fact that you can hear a lot of noise (the walls aren't very soundproof).

Room is clean and pretty but the paintings plants and gardens are the real standouts here. Its a pretty space and capitalizes on the natural light well!

Hotel location by park and national museum and Tracopa Bus terminal. All close and usefull. Reataurants nearby as well

Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service. Charged us for delivery and didn’t follow through!!!!

Hotel lindo, alrededor es tranquilo. El personal de la recepción es amable. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia del todo. Encontré cabellos en las almohadas. Abrieron mi habitación sin consentimiento, estando yo adentro. El hotel está cerca de una parada de tren que se escucha cada 20min súper fuerte
