今回で二度目の滞在でしたが、よっかたです。 ただ電車の騒音とエレベーターがないのが玉にきずです。 今回は、水回りが突然全面ストップする、フロントデスクの 男性のサービス対応に疑問を感じました。

人対人のサービスについて高評価をいたします。 親切かつ丁寧、その後のコスタリカの滞在が有意義となったため、改めて感謝します。 シャンプーや石鹸が良い香りでした。 館内に飾ってある絵画がたいへん見ごたえあり、近隣の美術館の所蔵品よりも楽しめるものでした。

中心街に近く便利です。ホテルの共有スペースは花が飾られていたりソファーがあったりと良い感じですが、部屋は狭くあまり居場所のない感じです。料金の高い部屋だと違うかも。朝食も種類が多くて、従業員も感じが良いです。朝の電車の音(ホーン)はかなりうるさい。

La habitación requiere mejor ventilación. Desayuno excelente Trabajadores muy amables y serviciales. Buena hubicacion. Muy céntrico.

Wonderful quaint hotel with great staff

La casa es linda. La ubicación es muy buena pero tiene demasiadas escaleras y se escucha el tren que pasa al lado como dentro de las habitaciones, si tú sueño es liviano no es un lugar para ti. Cambie de habitación porque hacia mucho ruido, me dieron una mejor sin embargo se escuchaban pasos de la habitación de arriba... Desayuno súper rico

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Fleur De Lys even though we were only there for one evening. The hotel was charming and clean and the staff was very helpful. We booked the suite with the jacuzzi and really enjoyed soaking in the tub after our day exploring the city. The room was spacious and cool. The breakfast in the morning was simple, but included eggs and pinto gallo so it would be a filling breakfast for anyone who enjoys those meals.

I loved my stay, especially the staff who were patient enough to let me try to speak Spanish but could fill in with English when I needed it (which was often). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included lots of options from gallo pinto to bread, eggs, ham, cheese, and, of course, excellent fruit. The hotel is an easy walk to the National Museum and there was a fun (and free) Calypso concert going on when I came. They even let me store some luggage there while I went off to explore parts of the Camino de Costa Rica. I would visit again.

This hotel is in close proximity to the main attractions of the city center of San Jose. The hotel is clean and the stuff is very helpful. I would highly recommend for people to stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very good.

Bastante bien, solicitamos el servicio del taxista del hotel por la hora en que llegamos y desde ahí todo bastante bien, nos hicieron check in de madrugada, la habitación bien y la ubicación igual. El desayuno no es variado pero está bien en general

El hotel es muy bonito es en una casa antigua pero todo está muy cuidado, las habitaciones tienen nombre de flores, buen tamaño, en la regadera sale mucha agua y un plus es tener desayuno al despertar el cual estaba muy rico. Además, muy cerca está el museo de Costa Rica, museo de Jade y puedes irte caminando por el centro viendo los puntos importantes. Recomendado

La información dice que ofrece parqueo en las instalaciones, en nuestro caso, hubo q ir a dejar el vehículo a un parqueo y tuvimos que pagar 7 mil colones por el parqueo, eso debe decir con claridad en la información (y no en letra pequeña) para tomar en cuenta antes de reservar.

The breakfast was excellent! Everything is super clean in the room. The staff is super friendly and professional. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed and the fact that you can hear a lot of noise (the walls aren't very soundproof).
