中心に大変近くて、散策に便利でした。

レンタカー使用。ホテルの位置は判りやすく、カーナビのガイドで簡単に見つかった。駐車場はホテルすぐ近くの民間駐車場で駐車料金は20ユーロ/日だった。

This is nice Hotel. But parking is a bit small...It is not easy to go out from parking. And better to ask the staff whether the room can be seen the Pilar Basilica or not.

当初、４日間の滞在予定でしたが、この時期からサラゴサは気温がヤバいので.... エアコンが故障しているのは致命的です。１日のみ滞在し、我慢の限界だった為、同じ系列の NH GRAND HOTELに滞在を急遽変更して難を逃れました。 エクスペディアでは４つ星の扱いでしたが、実際は３つ星以下の２つ星レベルです。 従業員の対応とHOTEL自体の清潔感は良かったのですが... 同じサラゴサに宿泊するなら、NH GRANDをオススメします。MASA

Muy limpio, espacioso y agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecto para recorrer Zaragoza a pie, justo delante de la Pilarica. El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Excellent location, staff, and breakfast. Our only complaint was the small room size (for the money), and no discernible waste recycling containers on premise.

Chambre minuscule avec vue sur un immeuble abandonné. L’hôtel est bien placé mais ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles.

Everything was excellent. Except for I had a two bedroom when I wanted a single bedroom. I think our late arrival affected that availability..

I hurt my knee and the front desk helped me locate where to buy crutch and orthotic brace.

Clean, modern hotel with close access to city centre. Parking was relatively straightforward although tight but have appreciated directions to car park prior to arrival. Check in was very slow and felt more staff would have helped speed things up

Bon séjour , dommage qu’un établissement 4 étoiles, possédant un parking mais très mal disposé et ayant une borne en bas de la descente avec ferraille qui dépasse et qui m’a coûté un pneu et je ne suis pas le seul à voir les traces laissées sur cet angles coupant et dangereux

Never stayed at NH before, unknown to us. Breakfast was expensive for the quality & what they offered. Bed was a bit hard.
