Great property.

I have stayed at this wonderful hotel many times and love it. Wonderful staff beautiful surroundings and the rooms are well appointed. Check out the spa it's lovely and great value

My VIP status with Expedia got me a free room upgrade. The room was amazing with lake views. There was a complementary bottle of champagne and literally everything about the room screamed luxurious.

Beautifully managed property with lovely staff, kind gracious and professional. My daughter and I travel a lot around the world and this is five star service. The spa is wonderful excellent value and technicians. Best to get a room on the lake as the breeze is lovely. Not to worry if you don't, the lake is close by and you can walk just outside of the hotel

Wonderful hotel with great service!

The hotel stay was so nice and walking around was so beautiful. Across the way we went to this little restaurant that served salads and I think that was the best and freshest salad I ever had. The grounds were so clean and scenic. I highly recommend this hotel. The employees were beyond friendly. I give it 4 stars and beyond!

The property only provided 2 towels for 2 guests. I typically use a towel for my heair and one for my body. To make things worse a spider fell from one ot the towels into the bath tub. I had asked for late check out but that was ignored and we had to quickly vacate at 11:00am.

A lovely waterside hotel with several restaurants and a small spa. Really enjoyed our stay wish it could have been longer

Bathroom door was sticky, toilet paper was not easy to reach. Single coffee machine was not working and replaced but coffee was just warm. No microwave to heat it up. I have been here several times and this was my favorite place. This time I was a little disappointed.

Beautiful surroundings. Very walkable into town. Like our last day the hotel is great and the staff are mediocre. They do not make any effort to go out of their way to provide you with a common request. A normal position for young people. But we’re old people that are used to “service with a smile.” Not happening at the Woodmark! We will return for the positive reasons. But we have very low expectations of the staff.

Very nice staff and beautiful location. The rooms felt like the Ritz!

Facility is a bit old and outdated, but we love this hotel so much. Nice comfortable stay with beautiful lake view. Nice amenities. We will come back again.

I loved the hot stone massage at Spa, therapist was wonderful, great service with a glass of champagne, very relaxing place. Also we had a very good Mexican dinner by the water with a great view. We enjoyed all Aspects of this hotel. We will definitely come back again!

Has degraded slightly over the years. Not as clean as it should be. Pillows had body odor.
