朝食が無料かと誤認していました。有料だったのですが、仕方なくフレンチトーストを頼みました。美味しかったです。だけれども、朝食で＄１０は痛い・・・

Overall Experience was nice. Nice and professional staff members, good breakfast, affordable room prices, walkable distances to the beach. My family enjoyed the entire trip

Clean, friendly service, great breakfast. Our card kept getting demagnetized but the staff was great about remagnetizing them several times, over 5 times. Besides that snafu our stay was great

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach front stay right in the heart of attractions

family trip , room was really big with 2 beds and a sofa bed . we had a window overlooking the beach . the space in the room was excellent . the beds are always comfortable . everything was clean . pool was nice .

The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and help us a lot. The ladies that work with the breakfast were very nice and helpful. I'm giving one star in cleaning because one of the bed has urine on it and it wasn't until my son lay down when we realized that the mattress was a mess full of pee. Although the staff helped getting us waterproof shower curtains we prefer to get our inflatable mattress. Staff needed to pay more attention to details. I was expecting a free stay but at least they granted a discount for the inconvenience. I'll never stay in this hotel Although our experience overall was good. Customer service makes the difference since the mattress situation was very disappointing.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed super soft! Breakfast was also a plus!!!

I have stayed at this property many times and never had an issue until now. We were in a room close to the elevator which is usually not a problem but the doors on both elevators were not adjusted properly to slow down on closing and made a loud banging noise making it hard to get a good nights rest.

I did not like the way the shower door open. I should not have had to enter the shower by the side of the toilet. The door i was to use was stuck and would not open. Also the lounge couch was stained badly. could not use it. Did not know what those stains where.

Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was nice, but i prefer upstairs

Reservation was for 6 so pull-out bed was needed. We arrived late and tired. Pulled out sofa bed and there was no bedding and bathroom only had 4 towels. Had to go downstairs to request sheets and towels. Towel bar in bathroom was rusted and room felt humid making it feel not super clean.

Great location across from the Gulf. Very friendly staff. Clean spacious room.

Building was not very clean and the room was ok

We was on 3rd floor. The elevator door closest to rooms slams shut so getting sleep was almost impossible. Told staff but they didnt seem to care. The staff have a personality of a wet mop. The lady cleaning lobby was super friendly and nice. If you stay do not get a room anywhere close to elevator.

Smell in the elevators

Nice clean rooms. Does need a little TLC. Walk to the beach.
