駅から近くて便利、静かな環境、暖房が利きすぎ

落ち着いた環境で駅からも近く便利

パルマの駅から徒歩5から10分のホテル、街の中心地からも近い。ホテルの設備も新しく、清潔である。海外のホテルには珍しく、使い捨てのスリッパがある。無料の朝食バイキングが付いており、ひと通りのメニューがある。総合的に、値段と比較してコスパが良かった。

チェックイン時、パスポートを出したのはいいのですが、 その場で返してくれず、1時間後に取りに来いと言われ、なんだかあまり腑に落ちない対応。しかも朝食時間やチェックアウトリミット、その他WIFIの説明など一切なく、サービスポリシーが雑だなぁ、との印象。

２０年以上前からある、パルマでは最高級の老舗ホテル。建物そのものは当時のままで、エレベーターが狭かったりドアが金属のカギ式（しかもオートロックではない）であったり、クラシックでいわゆる昔ながらのヨーロッパのエレガントなホテル、という雰囲気は変わっていない。ただ、客室内は改装されていて、シャワーなど水回りは近代的なデザインになり、使い勝手も良くなった。また、アメニティが充実していて、欧米のホテルには珍しく、使い捨て？白タオル地のスリッパが備え付けられている。朝食込みの宿泊プランであっても、時間が７時からなので、早朝出立者にはあまりメリットはない。代わりにフロントのスタッフにコーヒー類（カフェラテなど）をお願いすることはできる。駅に近い＆ホテルの前を市内路線バスが通るが、騒音はあまり気にならない。

駅から徒歩で３、４分。街の中心地にも徒歩５分程度の抜群の立地。日本人にはうれしいバスタブ付き。１２時に着いたので荷物を預けようとしたら、部屋が準備できているからと２時間前にチェックインさせてくれた。ホテルスタッフはみんな感じが良い。wifiが使えたのは良かったが、フリーでなかったので次回はフリーのコースで利用したい。パルマ滞在時は絶対利用する。

2泊しました。駅からも街の中心からも徒歩10分弱です。 ホテルの外観は古いですが、私たちが泊まった部屋はリノベーションされていて、とてもきれいでした。 バスタブもついており、アメニティもそろっていました。 朝食も、まずまずの種類と量でした。 料金も安くおすすめです。

Good location, nice staff

Location is very good. Walking distance to railway station and old town. Hotel does not use its potential. Breakfast was very bad and service could be better. Rooms and lobby areas needs a big upgrade before hotel can reach 4 stars.

Staff was good. The room was very dusty especially in the closet and the hairdryer. The shelves inside the mirrored closet were dusty. The hairdryer filter was filled with dust that it wasn’t working until I removed the buildup from the filter then the hairdryer was working afterwards.

Hotelli oli hyvä, huoneet olivat mukavat,vaikka eivät vastanneet luvattua superior tasoa.Normaali koko, ei 20 neliötä. Hyvä aamupala, lähellä keskustaa.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van
