This was our second stay at Akra Antalya, and we truly love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the food is excellent both at the buffet and by the pool. A special thank you to Omar at the front desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Fatihhan, our server by the pool, was also exceptional, always attentive and serving with a smile. There are a few areas that could be improved. Service at the beach was consistently slow, and we once waited 45 minutes for an iced tea. Access to the sea was often difficult because children gathered on the stairs, jumping into the water and playing with water guns, making it hard to get in safely. Additional stairs and more lifeguard supervision would greatly improve the experience. We also found having to use the room key to call the elevator inconvenient. We really enjoyed the exercise classes, but the spa was disappointing. The steam room had an unpleasant odor of urine, and the hammam did not compare to the wonderful experience we had in Istanbul. Overall, we had another wonderful stay and would happily return

everything was fantastic had no issue, stay was very smooth, breakfast is really great with wide range of foods. family friendly, we were with a toddler. location is good too a lot of shops and restaurants nearby

This was a great hotel! Friendly staff, great location with beautiful views and lovely gardens and recreation facilities. The pools were great and access to the sea. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of options for dining and an incredible buffet breakfast.

Do not stay here over the weekend. A nice hotel but do not stay over the weekend. We paid for a sea view room but directly below us the hotel hosted a wedding. It was extremely loud and our young children could not sleep. If you are staying over a weekend find a different hotel. Would not recommend.

Otelde 10 senedir her sene en az bir kez konaklıyorum. Yenilenmiş çok güzel olmuş fakat eskiden açık büfe daha çeşitli, taze ve lezzetli oluyordu. Şimdi biraz yeme içmeyi ortak alanlara, havuz başına kaydırmışlar ve açık büfe çok zayıftı. Ama genel olarak personel kalitesi, odalar , temizlik vb. Bakımından şehir merkezindeki en iyi alternatif
