The hotel is located in a convenient place and calm. It's very nice hotel.

部屋も広く、洗面台の水が右の壁から出てくる面白い作りでした。トイレが独立しバスタブとシャワーブースもありました。シャワーブースは密閉性が高く、水が飛び散りません。狭さはありますが温水でブースの温度も確保されるため、シャワーにありがちな寒さが全くありませんでした。冷蔵庫あり。

good place, i like this. but sometimes i felt that the amenities were not good. if improce, this hotel will be one of the best hotel, i believe.

Great location, £7 for 24 hour parking with a nice spacious room with free WiFi. Breakfast superb too

It was nice and tidy. Not enough outlets on the bed side of the room. Had to stretch cords for chargers. 1 more outlet on the headboard side would make it easier.

Name check for Jordan ( front of house ) This gentleman went above and beyond. As ITFC were playing at home I had to park temporarily on yellow lines in the car park. He offered to move his own car do I could park.

Clean and tidy comfy room

Very modern, clean rooms, and nice atmosphere. Only problem was staff. Mostly lack of. Had to wait a while because no one was there for checkin. After 10-15 min other (friendly) staffmember checked us in. Other minor issue was taxis. Staff wil not order them for you. You have to do this yourself. Although its not a problem i never had to do this in any hotel i’ve been to.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location with walking distancenof the train station and city centre. Would highly recommend

There are some great Positives about Novotel Ipswich. It’s nicely situated with the town centre (and restaurants) a short walk one way and the waterfront a short walk away the other way. The staff in the hotel are friendly and reception was welcoming. Cannot comment on the food as didn’t partake. Breakfast if pre-booked was £15.95 pp. there are options nearby instead. We had a room on the car park side of the hotel which, whilst not a great view, was at least quiet. The opposite side is by the inner ring road and may be noisy. The car park has signs indicating that it’s £20 per 24h to park. If staying don’t take any notice of that and instead pay at Reception £7 for 24h. Didn’t see any cheaper alternatives nearby. Room comfortable enough but my feeling was that it’s a borderline 4* and probably a high 3* as services and additions were limited. I found the guest WiFi poor in the room (3rd floor) and the TV

Ideally located hotel for town centre and station. Room comfortable and very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.
