建物は古いが地下鉄駅に非常に近く、アルマス広場や市場には徒歩で、サンクリストバルの丘に地下鉄で簡単に行ける。 朝食ブッフェは良い品揃え。 部屋に有るコーヒーと紅茶は初日だけサービス、後は有料。説明が無いので注意。 サウナとプールが有利、必要な物は貸していて良い。

We were able to check in as our room was prepared even though we arrived in the morning. It was extremely helpful.

地下鉄駅も近くお店もたくさんあって 便利な場所にあるホテル。 バスタブもあって ベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。

建物が非常に古く50年以上続く高級ホテルの雰囲気があります。周囲は賑やかでスーパーやファーストフードなど困りません。スタッフはしっかり教育されていて対応は良いです。あと浴室だけ比較的新しくなってます。

空港からホテルまでの送迎は、ＵＳ５０ドル ホテルから空港は、ＵＳ３２ドルくらいでした。 ホテルは、古いが清潔だし、バスタブがあり快適でした。 周りにステキなレストランが無かった点だけが残念でした

no cambia desayuno todos los dias casi lo mismo. no hay balcon pero lo sabia. sobre todo es buen hotel porque la tarifa es alta gracias!

施設は古くやや追加設備投資が不足している印象がありますが、値段対比部屋やベッドの大きさや、流暢な英語でナイスに対応してくれるスタッフのサービスで充分それを打ち返しています。

ルームサービスの味は最高です。 残念ながら、2名宿泊なのにスリッパか1足、フリーのお水も1本でした。 これが普通なのかな？

ここには、２泊しました。ジュニアスイートの部屋で、８階の角部屋の大通りに面した部屋でした。少し騒音はありましたが、寝室は奥にあったので、気になるほどではありませんでした。収納が沢山あったのが、一番良かったです。キャリーバックを置く台も、２個ありました。スリッパとバスローブも付いていて、便利でした。

ホテルからモネダ宮殿やカテドラル、アルマス広場まで徒歩圏内ですし、地下鉄駅もすぐ近くにあるので、どこに行くにも便利でした。なお、ホテルのスタッフからは、地下鉄は治安が悪いため、利用する場合には、十分に気をつけるように言われていましたが、地下鉄内は思ったほど危険を感じませんでした。また、大通り沿いにあるため、夜遅くまで人通りは多く、外を歩いていても、危険を感じませんでした。 部屋は、ある程度の広さがあり、快適でした。３階に泊まりましたが、３階だけはいくつかの部屋から共通のバルコニーに出られるようになっており、カーテンの向こうに見知らぬ人が歩いていたのは、少し驚きました。 朝食もおいしく、種類も豊富で満足でした。 スタッフの方はとてもにこやかで、親切で、質問に対して丁寧に答えてくれたり、わからないことは調べてくれたりしました。次に泊まる機会があれば、ぜひここを選びます。

雰囲気のあるホテルで部屋も広く気に入りました。ただし、（チリは通常そうなのかわかりませんが）洗面所の換気扇を切ることができず、結構夜中うるさく感じました。

早朝に到着したが、10時頃にはアーリーチェックインの対応をしてくれた。頼みもしないのにロビーのフリーWi-Fiのパスワードを教えてくれたり、チョコラテをカップに注いで提供してくれたり、人的サービスが素晴らしい。レストランでのスタッフの対応も良かった。内装も重厚で豪華な雰囲気があり、とても落ち着いている。旧市街のショッピング街にも近く、便利なロケーション。唯一残念だったのは、客室のシャワーと蛇口の切り替えが出来ず、両方から中途半端な量の水（湯）が出てくること。１泊だったので、とくに申し出もせずそのままにしておいた。

Everything good. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is located next to the presidential palace. We enjoyed the area, lots of restaurants, shopping, and historical buildings. The hotel is clean, has good-sized rooms and an excellent breakfast.

Grande chambre dans un style ancien de charme, comme tout l'hôtel. Propre et agréable. Le menu du restaurant est minime, pas très intéressant. Bar extérieur au 5e avec vue sur la ville. Localisation parfaite de l'hôtel près de la place des armes et du palais de la Moneda. Personnel sympathique et serviable, surtout à la réception.

Excellent location and top notch service, breakfast, dinner and clean rooms and bathroom. This is a 4 star hotel for sure which I would surely recommend to anyone.

Nice room, the staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They would call us a taxi when we asked and reminded us to be careful. The hotel is in the heart of Santiago and a short walk to St Lucia Hill and Plaza De Armis.

Hotel is in a good position, near to city landmarks and public transport options. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Good selection and quality of food in restaurant and bar. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Good value for money

My husband was assaulted by 3 young men in a nearby park at 10:30am. We were walking in the park and my husband felt some liquid dropped from above him. Before he knew it 2 attackers were pretending to wipe the liquid off of him managing to take his wallet out of a front Velcro pocket. 6 other young pedestrians rushed up and beat the attackers away grabbing our wallet. My husband was unhurt but upset. Thank goodness for good samaritans coming to his aid. So, we naturally didn’t feel safe near the hotel.
