ローザンヌは坂の多い街で、このホテルはローザンヌ駅から遠いのでバス利用が必須。年配に友人には駅に近いホテルを推薦する

朝食がとてもおいしく、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。丁寧にお掃除している部屋で、狭いながらも気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、エアーコンデイショナーの設備がないにで、気温の高い日は部屋の中がとても暑いです。

家族で１泊しました。車をホテルに停め，ウッシー地方に散策する予定でフロントに相談すると，親切に相談に乗っていただいた上無料バスチケットまでいただきました。このおかげで，チケットの購入等に悩むことなく中心部とホテルを往復することができました。部屋も快適で，宿泊した日は例年になく暑い日だったのですが，扇風機を設置していただき，快適に過ごすことができました。翌朝の朝食もすばらしく，サービスも満足できるものでした。またローザンヌに行く機会があれば，ぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

1週間という長い滞在でしたが　部屋も清潔で浴槽もあり　朝食も毎日同じでしたが　3つ星にしては　充実していて　サービスもよく大変満足しました。インターネットも　無料でこれは大変助かりました。どこも一日2300円の料金がかかるのに～～。駅やウッシーまでのアクセスもバス一本で行けますし　バスは10分おきにと待ち時間もなく便利でした。またぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

The Tulip Inn was great for our stay in Lausanne. it's away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown or touristy waterfront. It was just a short walk to downtown, or to our families apartment near Prilly. My only complaint about the Tulip Inn is the lack of an in room coffee and tea service. The website suggested coffee and tea were available in public areas. That meant it was available for a significant charge in the breakfast room.

The lady in the front desk was really helpful and nice. The hotel is clean.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat hier und da immer kleine Schäden. Ein bisschen Staub. Betten und Kissen waren sauber. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett. Ab und zu fällt auch die Liebe zum Detail und das Auge dafür.

Das Personal am Empfang war hilfsbereit, hat uns die nötigen Informationen kompetent geben können

Overnight stay to attend an evening performance at the Theater de Beaulieu. It's a great location, excellent service at reception, and beautifully decorated for Christmas.
