No AC. Very hot room

This was one of the worst hotel experiences i have had, primarily because the air conditioning in our room was not working and the hotel response was inadequate. The room was warm when we checked in, and did not cool off despite several attempts to adjust the thermostat. When I finally called the second day, I was told the staff knew the air-conditioning wasn't working, but didn't inform us at all. They did not offer to help us change rooms. They promised a fan, which didn't show until I called again. They said it was "being worked on," but there was no air conditioning during our 3-night stay. What frustrated me the most was the lack of communication and response. They did not say anything until we called. There was no offer of extra water, ice, more fans, a different room, or anything.

Just a regular 3 star hotel. Stuff are real nice. Only con is the water fountain water is not well filtered. It smells like a regular tap water.

Super convenient, short walk to king street and train station to DC. Lots of restaurants near by.

This was an amazing weekend getaway for me. The stay was relaxing and the atmosphere was inviting, I was able to get some writing done and just enjoy myself. The staff were very friendly and the staff at the restaurant were top notch!

I loved Everything about my stay except for 2 things. The 32 dollars per night parking was a bit expensive. I believe they need to change the process for leaving the parking lot once your stay is over. We had to push a button to call the service desk at the gate for them to let us out. It would be simpler to allow the person to keep the key and drop it off at the gate instead of having to call into the desk to have them let you out.

1. Dinning area needs more attention on cleanliness and the napkins had a funny smell. 2. The server needs more training 9n handling food better. 3. There should be clear communication on room checkout time, the door was knocked 3 hrs before check out.

I liked that we got breakfast brought to the door the customer service was great

Like home away from home! Used to stay here as a kid when my parents and I returned from overseas, always a great place to stay!

smell in room, outdated property

I usually rely on this location once a year, I like the convenience and the friendly staff members. I also love how flexible they are with check in times. This year, my room had ants by the bathroom sink, dusty towels, and hair on the pillows and sheets. I did mention the ants, but I didn’t mention the other things since I was just in the room long enough to eat and sleep for a few days and it seemed kind of silly to complain about. It did end up making me uncomfortable though.

Pleasantly surprised with my stay here at this hotel. I could not reserve a room at the Gaylord Convention Center, so I had to look at neighboring options. They have a free shuttle back and forth to the DC airport, which is convenient!! There’s a Harris Teeter grocery store next door, and the neighborhood is very safe. I highly recommend the Sheraton Suites!

Everything was fabulous! Shuttle from and to airport was very helpful and convenient. Loved our 2 bed suite.

Perfect spot for staying in Alexandria. Walkable to shopping and restaurants and a quick Uber into DC
