Breakfast is very poor and at 8 AM it was almost empty Staff was not helpful Room was not convenient

Great place

I didn't know that there wasn't a swimming pool. I thought my daughter would have been able to go swimming. The breakfast did not have many options and no protein. Like eggs or bacon. They had Eggo waffles, toast and the coffee to was cheap. My fridge did not work

Convenient, one night stay.

Upon arrival saw kids playing outside of room. Lots of street noise. Limited breakfast packaged goods. The coffee was decent. I was afraid I’d have trouble sleeping because of the outside noise but the room air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hear anything else. I slept soundly. Bed was comfortable and clean but the bed linens had holes in them.

Rooms were clean. We were asked to stay in 1 bed instead of two bed. We were ok with that due to a pullout couch. However there wasn't enough towels for 3 people. Asked 3 times in two days before we finally got an extra towel. The outside was not very clean. There was food in the stairs that someone spilled the entire 3 days we were there.

There was a homeless person living in a junk car in front of my room in the parking lot. The mgr said they would move it but didn't. Eyesore and a little scary. I did not feel safe.

Room and bedding were neat and clean, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Terrible. I don’t know what’s going on here but the staff that was there on our 3rd night wouldn’t give us towels after a long day at SeaWorld. The man the day prior gave us towel on problem with no questions asked. He said towels on that 3rd night were $20. I don’t know if he was trying to pocket the money? The next morning at checkout, we followed up and the employee said they did not charge for towels. The room also smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and there are lots of shady looking people around. Don’t stay here for a family trip. It’s ridiculous and they lie. Expedia tried to help but the hotel didn’t care to resolve the complaint.

Wouldn’t stay here too long. A lot of homeless and unsafe area at night.

It was due to a medical family emergency. I found the hotel clean and with a friendly staff and exceptional front desk service.

Very courteous at the front desk... Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Always a good stay the staff is very freindly

We have stayed here a few times. The location in convenient. It is no frills, basic hotel. It has a refrigerator and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and check in and out was fast. There was a continintal breakfast of waffles, fruit , and cerial. Nothing fancy. Overall, decent hotel for an overnight stay for the price. I would stay there again.

I pulled into the parking lot, saw people going through the garbage and getting in an elevator with it. Entire place was terrifying - I didn't even check in. I took the loss on the cost and drove home.

Nice staff and quiet

Tv doesn’t work; mold just painted over; shower spigot sprayed water everywhere; super noisy; breakfast was awful. The second room we got switched to wreaked of smoke and the AC didn’t work well, so we got moved back to the first room with the mold and shower/tv all messed up. Not a good stay at all

It was clean, requested service for the fridge which didn't work, but in never got nobody to fix it
