ルームサービスを頼んだのに1時間以上も届かなかった。部屋は清潔で快適でした。地下鉄まで歩ける便利なロケーションでした。

Good Points: Nespresso for free, 49 inch TV, Stable WiFi Negative Points: Very noisy air conditioning (dumper let me woke up everyday), coffee at breakfast, reception, small business center

部屋もきれいで，高級感がある．駅からも近く，値段も手頃で大変満足している．また，受付のスタッフに道を聞いたときも親切に対応していただいた．朝食がついたプランで，７時からチェックアウト直前まで利用させてもらったが，特に嫌な顔をされず，大変良かった．

Nice location. This hotel locates in front of big shopping center and also station of metro is very near, which leads us to the center of city(historical area) very easily. Staff, room is very nice. except for the big nice of air conditioner.

It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city.

O hotel é bem localizado e o quarto é bom. No entanto, o box do banheiro acumula muita água, dando a impressão de que o ralo não dá vazão adequada. O café da manhã é saboroso, porém nada excepcional. De forma geral, o hotel não se enquadra como 5 estrelas; a experiência está mais alinhada a um padrão de até 4 estrelas.
