休日チェックイン、平日チェックアウトだったのですが休日と平日でスタッフの質は明らかに異なりました。平日のスタッフは5星級の対応です☆☆☆☆☆

Hotel was clean and the staff was great. It was conveniently located in walking distance to places we wanted visit downtown.

Very run down. No temperature control for the room

Hotel was nice for a one night stay. Within walking distance of restaurants and the xcel center. Hotel restaurant was understaffed. Pool area was dirty and so were the elevators. Staff was very friendly!

Everything was lovely about this hotel, except for the service in the Town Grill.

They advertise free breakfast but apparently it’s not for all guests. That was disappointing

Great place downtown, easy walking to places. We were there for wild hockey game.

We liked that it was walking distance to the Xcel Energy Center and some nice bars and retaurants. We had our little grandkids with and felt safe the whole time.

Staff excellent, had walk in shower that allowed water to run all over the floor, plus paying for parking is ridiculous

Room and property were visually appealing, bed well that was garbage.

Instead of being charged the anticipated fees of $50.00 per night as a hold/deposit.. plus the nightly cost of parking. I was charged the full amount of the stay ( I prepaid through Expedia) when I arrived at the desk for check in they said there was an error and Expedia card should have been charged, that they would refund the nightly costs to my card and it would reflect in 3-5 business days. On the second night of my stay an additional $231.00 and $115.00 were attempted to be placed on my credit card which I blocked. And will be contacting management and capital one upon my arrival back home.

I was locked out of my room for the night without any access to my personal belongings, including toiletries, clothing, personal items, or even my child's medication. The staff EVENTUALLY gave me a different room to sleep in for the night and stated that building maintenance would arrive the following morning to repair the broken door lock at which point I could retrieve my belongings. I was then promised I would be reimbursed for my stay due to this very poor experience, but after leaving the property, the hotel claimed to not know anything about the situation during multiple attempts to follow up. Needless to say, I was never reimbursed, they were just saying anything they could to get me to leave.

building is in a bad state, cleaning is bad

Very nice, quiet, clean and easy to get around. Staff is super nice and helpful!

It was a fine stay, Ubers had trouble letting us off in right spot but that's not the Motel fault

Nice location downtown St Paul. Looks a bit "dated" especially when considering the price, but overall a good hotel.
