マリオットということである程度の水準は当然と思って行ったが、裏切られた。 スタッフの態度は悪く、ため息をつきながらチェックインの受付をされた。 レストランの店員もなかなか席を用意しないでほったらかし。 室内も設備が古い。 ホテルの顔である正面玄関脇の植木鉢には植物は植えられておらず、植え込みの中にタバコの吸い殻が転がっていた。 空港への無料バスは寒空の下、客が10人以上待っているにも関わらず、運転手が遅れてやって来る。 経営者の常識を疑う。もう二度と泊まらない。

シャトルバスが迎えにきてくれてすごく助かりました！

夜着いて乗り継ぎで一泊だけの滞在。 シャトルで10分くらいで近く便利。 周りにはホテルがあるだけで店はなさそうだったので、ホテルの一階で食事。それほど高くない値段で食事できました。 部屋もまったく問題なく清潔。 朝食も選択肢はあまり多くないけど、軽く食べるには十分。 わりとリーズナブルな価格で良いホテルでした。

All staff members are Professional！

24時空港着にて空港からの近さで選びました。その時間でもシャトルバスがありましたし、帰国日も朝5時にシャトルバスが使えました。 チェックイン/アウトはともに迅速。部屋も広過ぎず、良かったです。 不満点は、バスルームに前の宿泊客が使ったシャンプー/コンディショナーの空きボトルが残っていたことと、クローゼットが小さい/低いこと。 全体としては満足しています。

エアポートリムジンが出てるのが助かる

Near hotel and clean

Hotel itself is OK but the shuttle service is beyond terrible and I should’ve listened to other reviews. I came in the middle of the night and called before to let them know. They said it goes every half an hour and call when I land. I did that and they said it would be there in 30 minutes. It never came. I called every 20 minutes and each time was told it was on its way. Shuttle buses for every other hotel passed by multiple times. I waited an hour and a half (4:30am!) and then took a shuttle bus for a different hotel nearby and had to walk when I got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk did not even apologize or seem surprised very disappointing. This is an airport hotel so the one thing you need to get right is the shuttle service.

I liked that it was within minutes of my destination. I absolutely LOVED the pool and the quietness. We did, have a leak in the sink. They offered a room exchange or someone to fix it. We didn’t feel like changing rooms (with a toddler and long trip). So, we stayed. The linen had a stain, the toilet needed cleaning, and some other minor things were poorly addressed. However, the friendliness and courteousness of the staff made up for anything unsatisfactory.

The parking setup was a fiasco. Charges were $10 per night in an open parking lot. Anyone could park in this lot. It was not like it was a parking deck for the hotel itself. Had to go through a process of a QR code as well which was cumbersome to say the least. In addition, our room did not smell fresh. I have been staying at Marriotts for 50 years and was disappointed this time around

Hotel and Trip was great. However rental car was vandalize. The manager on duty was great and call the police. You pay for parking but yet the parking lot does not have a camera to monitor these types of incidents. The hotel have someone to go away to check to ensure a guest has paid to park.
