Hotel was good

The breakfast was beyond expectation. Everything that should have been hot was hot and replenished frequently.

Staff was okay. Checked in and out was quick however property condition was okay. Room carpet was so dirty. Bed mattress was so old and some of them were making squeaky noise and not that firm enough for comfortable sleeping.

Was great

There was a bit of noise with it being right beside a main road but that was expected. The dark grey brick walls kind of made it feel like walking through a dungeon. But the rooms were ok. Decent lighting, the bed was ok. The breakfast had a decent variety with eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, French toast, and my favorite, a waffle maker!

it was all pretty good other than I found the temperature in the hotel and in the room extremely warm, even leaving the window open all night.

The room was clean and looked great, we didn't get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as we slept in late, but we did enjoy the on site Smitty's. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and kind. The Smitty's restaurant was actually the second time we enjoyed breakfast there, first time at the hotel though. We actually booked our hotel here because of the Smitty's restaurant highly recommend!! So good and fast, and staff also very kind. Will stay at this hotel again.

I always enjoy my stay at this establishment! The staff are friendly, and kind. The rooms are clean, plenty of toiletries, comfortable rooms and beds. Parking is plentiful, even with an another restaurant on location!

Staff was attentive and accommodated a request I had when booking the room. Was able to park near the entrance even when I arrived after 10p. Breakfast attendant was so pleasant and un top of caring for the area. Comfortable bed and spacious room (1 queen) w office chair and another lounge chair. Blackout curtains that easily overlapped. Nice tub if someone wanted to have a bath. I personally wish toilets were not so low which is quite common in hotels. Otherwise, fantastic room and stay.

The staff are very welcoming and breakfast was awesome.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. However, there is no thermostat to adjust heat and the room is a tad chilly.

Staff were excellent to deal with at check in. The room was a let down. Floors were not clean at all, lots of hair stuck to feet which followed you into the bed. Hand prints all over the headboards, the lamps were grimy and it was extremely noisy - people upstairs thumping loudly until after midnight, people outside yelling and screaming, kids running up and down halls and because the walls are paper thin, you hear everything. Overall, the room was just gross and you felt gross being in it.

Descent hot breakfast. Not much for fruit options though. Parking lot needs some cleaning and pot hole repairs.
