部屋はきれいだった。風呂は少し古さを感じた。 ガスランプ方面やブロードウェイは治安が良さそうであったがそれでも少し筋が外れると時間によっては怖そうな雰囲気を感じた。

観光には最高のLOCATION

部屋も広くて非常に快適だった。水圧はアメリカ標準と思われるが、シャワーは固定式ではなく使い勝手がよかった。ハロウィン期間だったため、金曜日と土曜日の夜は観光客としてはやや恐怖を感じた。

設備は古いが特に問題はなく、スタッフも親切で良いホテル。ただし近所に若者が集まるクラブのような場所があり、休日の前夜は深夜12時頃から3時頃まで大音量かつ重低音の音楽が鳴らされ、睡眠が妨害される。平日前夜は特に問題ないように思うが、近所のスポーツバーからの歓声とかは聞こえきて防音面で課題があるように思う。周辺にはホームレスが多いが、これはサンディエゴ中心部であれば大差ないと思う。

歴史ある建物で室内は改装されており、快適に過ごすことができた。

滞在最終日に部屋のお湯が出なくなり、フロントに話したが、改善されず、残念。最終日はシャワーを浴びずに終わりました。

Great location, and awesome free up grade

The Gaslamp Plaza Suites was like a home away from home. I would definitely stay again. Mary was exceptional and made sure that I had everything that I needed.

out of all the hotels I’ve had opportunity to stay in over the years,…I can’t wait to come back. It felt like staying in my own personal apartment.The view is more spectacular than I imagined!!! I was able to see all the fireworks from the rooftop, which made the trip extra special.The furniture was very moder & nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was amazing close to all the restaurants near the gas lamp district. I will request this room for future trips to come.

Nice size room

We enjoyed the roof top area and coffee for guest to have while enjoying the view.

I liked the room. It was nice and newly renovated. Staff was nice. AC was extremely loud! Hotel was loud. Sleep often interrupted by party goers in club below hotel.

The in-place security measures did a lot to ease anxiety. There were attendant(s) at the door; and, you had to use room key to operate the elevator. I felt very safe! The roof-top deck was an added surprise. It afforded us a place to relax, meet other guest, sip our beverages (coffee and tea provided); also the view of the surrounding area was fantastic! The property is conveniently located and we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, the park, and the Convention Center. The airport is about 4 miles away! My husband and I enjoyed our stay; and, the staff was phenomonal! We highly recommend the Gaslamp Plaza Suites; and, we plan to stay there for future trips to San Diego!

It was nice to stay in an older building as opposed to the more modern hotels. Plus it was in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of Petco Park.

Lived in San Diego county my entire life. Worked in downtown 10 years and yet never spent the night there. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were funny and very helpful. The roof top deck is amazing, so cool to get that perspective of downtown. It was especially cool that the building is a piece of downtown San Diego history, being a native San Diegan that meant a lot to me.

Clean and friendly. Loved that it was historical, had a great coffee area, and a rooftop terrace.
