The croissant was really good.

I stayed for a night with my family. The front desk service was fantastic as a four star hotel, but the building structure shouldn't be rated as four star. You can hear everything from the upper floor and you can't even close the toilet door due to the size. the sink was clogged and wasn't fixed. I am sure that I will chose a new hotel when coming back to Nancy for next time.

旅行を楽しむのに必要十分なものはあった。ビジネスホテルとしては非常に良いと思う。

最初に案内された部屋は、窓からの眺めが悪く、3泊するのに滞在が快適ではなくなると思い、ホテルの方に交渉したところ、快く別の部屋に替えてくれました。エレベーターはありますが、階段段差を登ってエレベーターとなりますので、大きな荷物の人は、ホテルに運搬を頼みましょう。でも、チェーンのホテルだから、そういう交渉はイチイチ主張して、時間もかかります。

Pas satisfaisant

Le personnel très bien. La chambre propre mais un peu petite et baignoire légèrement bouchée.

Tout était bien. Juste une petite amélioration d’équipement à faire : mettre une raclette pour la douche italienne et une point d’accroche en hauteur dans la salle de bain

Excellent location, but definitely does not look like a 4 star hotel. Bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable. Room was very small.

Sejour touristique de 3 nuits. Hôtel tres bien situé. Personnel agréable. Probleme technique pour avoir une seconde carte de chambre. Gros problème d insonorisation de la chambre. On entend tous les bruits exterieurs ( clients qui.ne sont pas discrets a 2h du matin et qui restent devant l entrée arriere de l hotel) et bruits interieurs (escaliers). Salle de bain de petite taille avec une baignoire très haute donc pas facile d acces pour une senior. Tres bonne literie. Dommage pas de mini bar.

Parking horrible, étroit. Quelqu’un a rayé la portière et l’aile arrière sans laisser ses coordonnées. Chambre pas faite à l’arrivée à 19:00 h.

Confort, service et attitude du personnel loin de nos attentes pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Great location. Friendly staff. Tiny room which is typical for France.
