This Marriott was more like a Marri-not. Rooms are decent size but the cleanliness leaves a lot to desire. I turned off the light and walked around with my flashlight (dim lit) and saw spots on the tables, bathroom counter, and the coffee container. What disappointed me most was def the room cleanliness and the very poor WiFi service. Let me be clear, the wifi was atrocious. Gym is basic. Didn’t try the pool, but wouldn’t want to. I just wasn’t impressed. If this hotel went by any other name I would NOT have paid the nightly rate.

The Property was very clean and well maintained. The issues we had were two false alarm fire sirens in the building. One around 8:50 a.m. and a second around 9:10 a.m. Sleep was sadly interrupted with no explanation. After we decided to checkout prematurely, I arrived at my vehicle that had been vandalized in the Marriott parking lot while we slept overnight. My window was shattered and the front desk said they had no cameras on the parking lot much less any responsibility...

Unacceptable noise level - trash dumpster emptying outside my room was extremely loud multiple times in the very early morning.

Very nice comfortable bed place, the only downside was rooms had no microwaves. My room’s carpet was ripped.

The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint is the water pressure. It took longer than I wanted to get soap rinsed off of me.

The lady who checked me on Friday was very friendly and welcoming. I don’t remember her name but I know she was African American. She was superb! Now let’s talk about the hotel it’s self. My room was very dirty smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was brown but u can see that it’s filthy. My sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Marriott for $922 for a room this dirty is crazy. Thank God I had Lysol wipes with me. I left before my check out day I just couldn’t sleep in a room like this anymore. You need to do better Marriott. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

Love the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and everyday maid service. The Friday evening dinner service needs work.

I really enjoyed my short stay at the Melville Mariot. It’s very nice inside and all the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a busy weekend they had multiple weddings going on and some other events. Only thing I can say is certain things need to be updated or fixed. Parts of the shower was kind of rotting away and the bathroom floor could’ve been cleaned better. Other than that I would actually really like to stay here again!

5 mins past 8AM and your paying for the free coffee type place. Decent overall. Not bad, not great.

I did not like the restaurant food or being ignored at the bar when I stated I was ordering food. I had to wait way too long to cash out my over priced watered done drink. I the ordered room service for food because I couldn’t get anything from the bar area in the restaurant when I clearly said I was dining with my friend. The food was not good and over priced. My drink was not what I asked for that was at the bar but was over charged. The staff was great the bartender not. He even asked us to move because people were sitting there and we are women and no one returned and then 2 men sat in the same seats and got served. We took our drinks to our room and ordered the room service as I stated earlier. The rest of the staff great but not the bartender. I felt insulted as a woman and so did my friend.
