清潔感があって良いです。 色々な施設にアクセスしやすいです。 プールもスライダーが沢山あり、子供たちも楽しんでいました。監視員もしっかりチェックしてます。

If you are looking to stay in this hotel, know that you are paying for the waterpark only, rooms are a 1 star rating. The smell of mold and humidity in the rooms was unbearable for me. As you first enter the hotel, the lobby area looks very decent and clean, but as you go to the rooms area, it’s like a a motel type of looking and smell.

La habitación la limpieza muy buena el personal del servicio al cliente muy amable,aunque los muebles estaban muy viejos y en malas condiciones,en entrenamiento estuvo bien pero el agua de la piscina estaba caliente y no tenía corriente limpia y muy pequeña para el grupo de gente que llega la verdad esperaba algo mejor por el precio que pagué.No creo volver otra vez ni recomendarlo

Was the perfect hotel for me 😍😍😍

It was nice in the common areas, but the room needs to be updated and cleaned. Hair found inside the fridge, the floors need to be mopped. The phone doesn't work. The slides were fun and the location is excellent. Hidden fees when you arrive. It was nice for families who dont mind staying in a 3 star resort.

Over all it was what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel. My daughter loves the water park, it is a good one. The rooms were okay, pretty dumpy. The toilet had a leak and kept running, the shower rod was holding on by a prayer and since it was curved the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed.

This hotel has so much to offer. We will definitely be coming back

This resort exceeded my expectations, great location super close to every theme park, staff very friendly.Resort was very clean in all areas, including rooms and pool area. My 5 year old had a blast on the slides and some areas of the pools were covered under a roof which is very cool if you want to avoid the sun. Breakfast buffet and the food sold there was well cooked and great taste. We had a wonderful time, will definitely be coming back.

It was a great location for Epic Universe and nice to have a break day at hotel water park.

The room full of cockroaches and it smells bad , Beds is not clean , carpet is wet. Very bad experience at all

This place was fun for the whole family. This is not a high end establishment so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, don’t bother. The water park was affordable and fun for the whole family. Unfortunately the room smelled mildewy, other than that we had a good time. I will comeback again , hopefully they can get rid of the smell.
