前の週にDENでQuality innに宿泊しました。 DENでのサービス、清潔などが良く、Cromwellは少し残念に感じました。

Elevator not working for several weeks. Had to change rooms because of overwhelming pot smell. No smoke detector.

The hotel did not look as advertised in the pictures. It was not clean, the room had tons of damage and bugs, the hotel smelled badly, the breakfast was very minimal and poor quality/dirty. We would NOT stay here again.

The people running the place were nice, but the room was covered in dust and the like. It wasn’t my worst hotel experience, but it was fairly poor.

It was terrible. When I walked into the room that I was assigned, the carpet was soaked. She was gonna give me a choice between two rooms that were on the fourth floor and the elevators were not working. Both options were less than what I paid for they couldn’t clean the water out of the rug. Tried soaking it up with a few towels. The complementary breakfast was pathetic. They would not refund or discount my room, so I had to stay there. They did offer me another room for another time with all kinds of stipulations. Like I would go back there. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Room is disgusting, smells like cigarettes, I was mortified going here, holes everywhere, sheets look used, I’m itchy all over.

The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom, there were no lids for the coffee cups, they didn’t have any Splenda and the room smelled. We spent $150 for one night and this was just not to par.

The front office staff weee very helpful However, rooms were not cleaned despite reminding housekeeping to do so. I also had a $100 refundable deposit that was to be returned within a week and that has not yet happened. Not sure how to follow up on that .

i did not go to the hotel myself i only booked the rooms for my coach drivers, they reported the hotel was nice and the parking was great for large vehicles. i have added the property to our preferred locations list to use whenever we transport in the area.

No hot water room had a smell would not switch me out and front desk trying to tell u that u cannot have a guest crazy

Toilet was broken, mold in bathroom, curtains broken, 2 cars got broken into the night we stayed

Hotels.com rate this as a three star hotel they clearly misrepresented their ratings. I have immediately deleted my app after this and will never use them again.. Google reviews are worth the time. This property is rundown, moldy, smelly, dank, etc…. We did not feel safe there.. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that was not enough to redeem the experience.. we also feel the price was misrepresented dramatically as we paid $140 a night for our room when they Google going rate was in the 80s. For $80 I expect this for $140. This is not acceptable..

The rooms themselves are ok but the hotel overall is worn. Prices are in line with the quality of the property. Breakfast was included and decent.

Stayed for two nights for a wedding in Middletown. Room was basic but clean. Hotel is close to two large shopping plazas with restaurants which was helpful.

Does not warrant a second visit.

My room wasn't very clean, there was an artificial finger nail on the floor that someone had apparently lost. The wall in the bathroom was dirty and the furniture by the elevator had stains.
