Deixar o estado lastimável da casa de banho à chegada de lado – lapsos de limpeza podem acontecer – para mim a falha mais grave foi o facto de nunca ter sido indicado que cada acesso à piscina/ginásio custa 20 € por entrada. Ou seja, 20 € por utilização individual, não por dia, nem por quarto, nem por estadia, mas por pessoa por cada entrada. 
Esta informação deveria ter sido claramente mencionada no momento da reserva, até porque uma piscina interior é um fator decisivo na escolha de um hotel para uma viagem em família nesta altura do ano.

Excellent hotel with great proximity to the city centre

Underground car park. We stayed while passing through on motorbikes. Hotel is a nice distance from city centre and is definitely motorbike friendly. But i recomend you enter the carpark from the rear entrance if on 2 wheels, the ramp on front of the hotel is very slippy when wet!

I liked the location of the property it was in a nice area and close to public transportation. It was clean and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is that the doors to the rooms are heavy and impossible to close quietly.So every time someone enters or exits their room it is loud . The breakfast buffet was really good too.I would definitely stay there again even with the loud doors.

Es fantástico el hotel, el armario pequeño pero como íbamos de fin de semana bien, el personal super amable, super limpio, super bien comunicado. Sin duda cuando volvamos a Bilbao volveremos

Goede locatie niet ver van de metro. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Makkelijk dat je er kan dineren. Aan te raden hotel!

Excellent hotel, with very friendly staff - especially the lady who served me dinner my first night. I forget her name. The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, but once I got there I realised there's a metro stop just a 2 min walk away. It's only one stop from the old town then. Highly recommend this place.

Parking is underground and the ramps are very tight. There is no wheelchair parking space outside the hotel and you have to go down many floors to find an accessible space. Bar staff were lovely and the bar stayed open late to offer coffee etc.
