市内観光に良い場所にあり、部屋も清潔で良かった。室内はバスタブ無し、1階で景色も良くなかった。受付の英語や態度はノーマル、観光地で繁忙期の宿泊であったが、値段相当では無かった。

川沿いのホテルで、旧市街のバル通りとグッゲンハイム美術館の中間くらいにあり、少し歩きますが両方が徒歩圏内でした。部屋はモダンで清潔で、ヨーロッパのホテルでは珍しく、アメニティーで歯ブラシがついていました。泊まった部屋からの景色は川は見えずビルしか見えなかったのでイマイチで残穢でした。

清潔で心地よい客室だった。私の客室にはシャワーにはカーテンや仕切りがついていなかったのでそれだけが少し残念だったが、それ以外は快適だった。

Convenient location. Small, basic room. Stuffy as A/C did not work. Close to the old town and the city hall.

Zimmer war ok, Ausblick furchtbar, sehr groß und touristisch . Frühstück war gut

Extremely nice and helpful staff. The hotel is furnished to a great standard, the bed were very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent

The hotel is excellent with friendly employees. Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was superb. Parking is easy but book early as limited space. Easy walking distance to Tourist points of interest (Old town, Guggenheim and shops).

The room was not luxurious, but it was perfect for a one night stay… clean, had all the amenities you would need, the bed was very comfortable. The location of hotel is great… Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.

Our room had an issue with the shower temperatures where the water would go to extremes of burning hot to really cold. Made it impossible to take a shower. Apparently it’s been going on for some time and they haven’t fixed it. They never gave us a heads up for this issue.

Hotel in posizione molto buona al centro della città. Camere spaziose e pulite, qualche miglioria necessaria (rubinetti, scarichi dei lavandini...)

Top locatie voor een citytrip ! Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Verzorgde junior suite met een mooi uitzicht.

Outstanding property conveniently located in Bilbao. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is totally recommended.
