Quiet by incredible location with a supermarket just around the corner and restaurants, subway and train stations nearby. Service was great, we had no issues arriving at midnight.

Great hospitality and flexibility.

There was one guy who was very helpful. Telling me where supermarket is, coffee shop is and which restaurant to go etc.

バルセロナサンツ駅から徒歩5分ほどです。 夜遅いチェックインでしたが、快く対応していただきました。 部屋は広くはないですが、設備はバスタブありで充実しています。バスローブ、スリッパはないです。 部屋の壁が薄いので、隣部屋の音がかなり聞こえます。廊下の音も聞こえます。 夜中にテレビの音がうるさいと苦情があったらしく、私の部屋にテレビを消してくれとフロントから電話がありましたが、私はテレビは付けてないのできちんと伝えました。そしたら次は隣部屋に電話してました。その音さえ聞こえる壁の薄さです。 バルセロナサンツ駅からのアクセスも良く、設備も充実しているのが良い点ですが、壁が薄いので隣部屋へ相当配慮しなければならずでした。

施設は古いが最低限の装備があり、バスルームも広い。セーフティーボックスはフロントでデポジットと引き換えに鍵をもらうシステムなので多少面倒だが、小さな鞄ごと入れられるほどの十分な大きさがあるのは便利。現地で電話をかける必要があったのだが、自分の日本のスマホからかける事が出来ず困っていたが、フロントの方にお願いして電話をかけてもらえた。サービスの一環として対応して貰えたのがとても助かった。

室内も綺麗で立地も駅近でとても良かった。

部屋は広く快適でした。 近くにカフェやスーパーがあるので便利です。 サンツ駅からも歩いて行ける距離です。

サンツ駅から徒歩5分程度と近く便利なホテルです。 ロビー、部屋共に内装が綺麗で清潔感もありました。 近くにスーパーやカフェ、バルも多くありました。 私の目的だったカンプノウにも徒歩15分程度で、試合後に歩いて帰って来れました。 マイナス面は、部屋の床板の一部凹みがグラグラしていたのと、セキュリティボックスが有償(確か10ユーロ以上)だった点です。

They accepted early check in without extra charge. I requested non-smoking room but it seemed my room assigned by hotel was smoking room. I kept the door open and it became much better afterwards.

利用は今回2度目です。 前回がよかったので、真っ先に決めました。 チェックイン前、後のスーツケース預かりを丁寧にしていただき 感謝しています。

サンツ駅から近く、地下鉄の駅もすぐ目の前なので都市間移動含む観光の拠点には最適。部屋はちょっと狭いので2人で荷物が多いと広げる場所に困ります。

ホテルの代金から考えるととてもお得なホテルだと思います。 もう少し部屋が広ければいうことなし。電車の駅からはちょっとわかりづらい、タクシー乗場でないほうに出て左前方徒歩7分。

Localização excelente, limpo, confortável, staff muito atencioso. Café da manhã espetacular.

Staff was very accommodating and answered all our questions. Being from the US language can be somewhat challenging. The staff that helped us all spoke English. The room was clean and the shower felt great. It was a very deep tub and there were no hand rails for safety getting in and out from the shower. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we came back.

Unable to get the Air conditioning to work so opened the window

Very Good Location near metro and Sants Barcelona train station.Excellent staff all around.Checkin was quick and efficient by Jenni who also went out of her way explaining nearby sights.Also staff in dining area Veronica and Mae went out of their way pleasing my wife's food requirement of Gluten and Dairy Free.Breakfast was Excellent with plenty of hot and cold offerings.Some disappointing aspects were …Air Conditioning was fixed to warm (24C) and had to open window for any ventilation.Unable to get bath tap to work as mechanism locked on shower only.Was unable to get shower to ideal temp as either cold or very hot…temperature would continually change whilst having a shower.Only liquid soap available to wash in shower and basin.TV has limited English stations.Staff were the Highlight here and if room improvements could be made, would gladly stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room was excellent. They even gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room. I loved the bed and pillow. I would like to find out which brand they are because I want them at home!
